This is the BEST pizza in this city and/or anywhere close to this city. It has been around for a long time and has been in the same generation of the founder from start till now. The Pizza is so delicious and consistently served with the original GREAT flavor! If you never been there and live here in Wausau...GO TRY IT!If you live less than an hour away....DRIVE HERE, and try it. Had a pizza delivered. Got it. It was very soggy maybe not completely done. Made a phone call told them my experience. Lady didn’t hesitate to ask if we wanted a new pizza delivered. Thank you for making it right. That was the first time I had that experience with Angels

The pizza has gotten better since the reopening. Tastes very close to the original. Best pizza in Central Wisconsin. I usually pick up my pizza and don't dine in. They took out the game room, so there's nothing for kids to do.

My brother picked up 3 large pizzas (unbaked) in Wausau to bring to my home in the Twin Cities for a Christmas gathering. This was a real treat as I hadn't had Angelo's in a long time. The pizzas were tasted great! I highly recommend cooking these on a pizza stone that is well heated first.
