Food was great, but the service we received was really bad. The only employee working there was on the phone (on a personal call it seemed) and didn't realize we were waiting until a few minutes later. When she finally came to help us, I said I wanted a cinnamon sugar pretzel. She said big pretzel or pretzel bites? I obviously didnt ask for bites so I said I want a big one. She then proceeded to tell me that she would have to make that fresh and said I should have the bites since they were already made. I declined and just ordered a regular pretzel with cheese. Once we paid and got our pretzel, she walked away and sat back down on her stool. It's almost like she was expecting to get paid to sit and do nothing.

Thee worst customer service. I've never known an Auntie Anne's location that would not put sour cream and onion powder on pretzel bites or on a specialty pretzel. They seriously let two sales walk away. That's simply poor customer service.
