Never have orders ready when we order online. Look at the online orders screen like in stupid, like I didn't place a order and boom there it is. Waste of time to order online. Just go in and wait because it's the same either way.

I am told at drive thru... ANY. Drink $4 off. My drink comes to 7.38 - this should be 3.38ish ( depending on tax) and they want to charge almost $6!! I sit for 10 min while they try and figure it out, call mgr etc... nope almost $6... apparently after asking twice and being told twice.. $4 off ANY drink .... there is a clause, if you add anything, like a shot... it doesn't count. Apparently Biggby has their own definition of ANY drink... Aside from that, I look it up on line and see the flags at the roadside and they BOTH say ANY drink ANY size $4... it does not say $4 off ... I told them to keep the drink and drove away. Always a mess at Biggby which is why I rarely go there anymore. Used to be my favorite

Never fails every time I’ve gone here my order gets messed up. Definitely need a very thorough description of what you want. It’s BOGO for muffins and when I asked what kind she said lemon, blueberry, and coffee thinking it’s a lemon blueberry muffin I said one of each for BOGO and she rings me up and here I am with 3 muffins. Hello it’s bogo I don’t need 3. And that’s just one incident of many.

I was on the fence as to go to $t@rbucks or BIGGBY this morning. I decided to go to BIGGBY. I stepped in and there were several special needs people inside. They were enjoying their treat and each other’s company.I just sat back and watched them interact with each other. When the owner, Tom, and his wife, Anna, came into the facility, all of the group greeted them joyously.! they knew them by name. Anna stayed and talked with the group of people for quite some time. You could tell that she thoroughly enjoyed having them there.My sister lives out of town and has special needs. She is looking to move up here eventually, especially now that our father passed away. My mother will be coming to help my sister. Find a home for my sister. I will definitely be bringing her to this Biggby.It was so refreshing to see a restaurant. Welcome them with such open arms. I cannot wait to bring my sister here to meet others and to feel like she belongs.I cannot say enough good things about what I saw this morning! Anna, you are amazing! It is nice to go where everyone has a name and a purpose!

No quality control. You can order the same drink three times and it will be different each time. And half the time they can make me a decaf drink, half the time they can't. It's a waste of time to go there and be told there's no way a coffee shop can make a decaf drink.

Good place for coffee. Not as efficient as Starbucks. If the drive thru has three cars or more I won't stop as it takes far too long a time compared to Starbucks (or most any drive thru)
