Ordered lunch. Not only received wrong sandwich, but that wasn’t even complete. Called store to have correct sandwich sent and he said he couldn’t do anything about it no manager on duty and didn’t know how to contact DoorDash to send anything. When asked about my $25 and a refund again nothing he could do if I wanted it I would have to reorder and pay again. Gave him my name and number and asked for manager to call when they came in. Also put in a service request online. No has been a week and no response from either store or corporate. After checking reviews on here I understand this is so common that they seem to be immune to what service is. Would not recommend ordering from this store. See photo of what to expect. Whatever that is isn’t what I ordered.

Not 1 and not 5.I placed an order around 8:20-8:30pm for 2 sandwiches plus $4 tip for 27.99Door dash driver went to store and Sandwich shop stated” can’t accept door dash after 8:30pm.The website says open until 10:00pmI didn’t place it at 9:55pm or 9pm I placed it hour half before closing.Csr stated over the phone “ I could come pick it up in 15 mins before 9pm if I wanted….why couldn’t my driver pick it up right then and there 8:30-8:45???Sorry door dash Craig! I didn’t mean to waste your time :/

Great little Sammich shop. I really like the 50s diner athstetic and the food is wonderful, better than subway. Really friendly people there, too. I suggest taking a friend to eat there, it's fun. It might be a little hard to get a parking spot where it is, but it's worth it. If you have a bike, they let you bring it inside to keep it safe. I already got myself an application. I love this place!!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free bread, so if you're allergic, you can still eat there.

I placed an online order when they said they were open. Went to pick it up and they were closed? I had called and talked to the manager the next day, he said I would receive a refund, it's been over a month and still nothing.

I have ordered the tappy sandwich about 6 times. 3 out of those 6 times I haven't gotten all the ingredients I asked for. I am very disappointed, I order this sandwich because I like adding the tangy cranberry sauce. I have gotten the sauce maybe 2 out of the 6 times I've ordered it for delivery. Very disappointed.

The worst delivery situation I have ever seen. If you're lucky enough to actually get ahold of the business you have a good chance of never getting your order anyway even if it's been "confirmed." This has happened to me 5 times now and I think I'm done with the place.

I ordered extra meat and got almost no meat. The gluten free bread had to be a month old. The lettuce was going bad. The place is a dump. Sandwich cost $17 with no chips or drink. Avoid.
