“Excellent dining experience. Greeted immediately, sat promptly and greeted by our waitress in reasonable time (even with a live band and busy atmosphere thanks to Valentine's Day). Typical starter of cheese curds, great texture and batter. Nice flavor. The meal was the star. I enjoyed a classic burger, well-done, with fries. It was tasty, not dry, and had a great char-broiled flavor and the fries were perfectly crispy. My husband had the Elk burger, medium done, with truffle fries and said it's the best burger he's ever had. I highly recommend this spot for a quality appetizer and/or meal. Our waitress (Rose) was attentive and friendly, but not "overly-present" (which I truly appreciated). “Amelia made our visit wonderful. She knew everything about the menu and answered our questions. Also checked in often. And oh yeah, the food is awesome too. Had the soup and shared a pizza. Finished dinner with "huge" piece of carrot cake. As a person who rarely does reviews and only when the restaurant really deserves it, Red Eye Brewing really knocks it out of the park.“
