The food is good for the most part. However, sometimes whether or not it is fresh is very questionable. When I had gone for my first time, the hash rounds were very nice, warm and crunchy as they should be. However, lately they have been extremely soggy and cold. The guy at the window is extremely rude and you can definitely tell he only has a job there for the paycheck. If you want to pout all day long and not interact with another human being, go work in a factory!

Stopped by the drive thru tonight at 9pm and the lady working the window was so sweet and funny! Created a great experience and double checked our order was right for us too! Will come back again :)

I see now why Hardee's is closing in many locations. At one time I loved Hardee's, great food, quality meal.After several bad experiences, I tried to give it a shot again, at a location I've never been too. I don't know if I've had a worse experience at any fast food restaurant.My order was taken by a lady that was way too friendly and was so strange I was at a loss for words. Then I observed who might be making my food and I thought she might be high on meth at the very moment. But, I kept an open mind and took a seat.When my food came, I unwrapped the burger and that sealed the deal. Besides one of the worst constructions I've ever seen, the burger was already broke into 3 different pieces, 1 that was outside the bun... Oh and I was the only person in the restaurant at the time, so time was not a factor for the employees....I understand it's hard to get decent people to work now a days, but I'd rather see the place closed than puting out this kind of garbage.

Took a long time in the Drive-thru with only me and 1 other car and they still got my order wrong. Buns were hard as a rock the meat was cold and the cheese wasn't even the slightest bit warm and the French fries were cold and hard. When I called to complain, they were short and very unapologetic. This is why I Usually go to Burger King in Rib Mountain. Another unpleasant experience at Hardee's on Stewart ave.

Can't rate the food, cuz our card declined due to some jerk face in Singapore trying to steal my credit card information, but the staff were very friendly and we traveled across town as I'm pregnant and craving some Hardee's. Oh well, but thank you for your friendliness
