The lady that took my order was soooo sweet :)) The food came out pretty quick and warm. I ordered the bbq chicken gyro, just the gyro not the meal and I'm glad I did because it was so packed. I barely could finish it but it was delicious. Would definitely go again. It was lunch time when I went but there was barely any other people there and it was pretty quit. They ain't have no free water tho so 4/5

I've always enjoyed their food but I called in yesterday to place a to go order and after 12 minutes on hold I called 1 of the many other places near there and got a restaurant to take mynorder immediately. I like their food but there hold times are getting crazy.
gyro was amazing but the salad wasn't. 1 piece of feta cheese, 1 kalamata olive cut in half. Way too much lettuce.

One of the best restaurants in Wausau! I don't even live in the area, but anytime I am within 45 minutes of Wausau I will go out of my way to stop here. This is some of the best Mediterranean food I have had.The Feta Gyros are so fresh and delicious. I usually buy a second pita because there is so much meat it's enough for two! I also got the Greek fries which hit the spot.The other guys in our crew got the Gyro Melt and the Lamb Kebabs. Both said it was out of this world.To finish it off, you have to get the baklava. It is light, sweet, and so flakey and delicious. I am already looking forward to the next time I am in town!
I had been meaning to try this place for several years now and today my wife and I finally managed it. The young lady at the register was very informative and suggested the lamb kabobs. I loved it! I also ordered the sampler and throughly enjoyed that too. This was all during lunch. My only complaint is I don't think I'm going to be hungry for supper!? Keep up the great work folks. Oh, and the falafel tasted better here than when I had it overseas. ? ?

This is a fast food style Mediterranean grill. We stopped here on the way back home and was hoping to get something less greasy compared to other fast food. The food was okay, served fast, warm. However perhaps we had many Mediterranean food in the past and in comparison Mykenos was lack of flavors in my opinion. We ordered Baba Ganoush,Cheese Pita and a family plate. The Baba Ganoush tasted very plain and it does not have any eggplant flavors. Wished we have gotten the hummus instead, since I felt like all hummus are yummy. The kabobs are also plain tasting, wish we had some hot sauce to add to the flavor. My daughter likes the cheese pita, it's just a pita with sliced cheese in the middle, nothing special. They only have water available to purchase as they stated the fountain was not working. But the apple juice we purchased was from the fountain. The restroom has no toilet paper and after we notified the staffs, no one went and added more. The soap in the ladies room is also not working. They do not offer changing table for toddlers. Hence taking down stars.
