I called with an issue I was having on an app coupon I received and was first directed toward the 800 customer service line. I called and it was outside their hours of operation. I called the store back and asked for a manager. She at first was hesitant to assist because she's new. I explained how the 800 line gives hours and then invites you to contact the store directly. I said that there is no way they would say that if it wasn't in the stores power to help me. She understood my view on that and helped me with my issue. I truly appreciate the customer service I received. Thank you

Second time I have tried ordering a carry out pizza here.Arrive at the time the pizza was supposed to be ready. It wasn’t until 10 minutes after the pizza was supposed to be ready, that a lady there told me the pizza was just put in and to wait a few more minutes.Just as last time, have waited about 20 minutes past their promised Ready time.
This establishment is quiet, clean and efficient, I placed an order after work and BAM 15 mins later I was taking it home to my family warm, fresh and ready to indulge.

Double check your orders. Ordered and paid for extra sauce..barely any sauce at all. Also ordered 2 extra marinaras that weren’t received. This has happened multiple times. Consistently disappointing. Last time I’ll order.

helpful, courteous, kind. pleasant to me even after what i assume was a scolding by a superior member. i am unsure, but he was ?? not happy? about something.but when she talked to me she was bright and almost cheery, genuine, or forced, it is commendable.

I usually love pizza hut.... Why do I have to pay for pepper and Parm when that should be INCLUDED with the pizza? The lady taking my order said she only works here for a paycheck and doesn't know why yall charge 1.50 for packets of pepper and parm.. I guess I'll go buy my own. ? The lady started throwing around equipment and yelling at her employees in front of me and one other customer. Very unprofessional and awkward.

We just ordered our usual Pizza Hut order, large pepperoni green peppers and mushrooms. That's where the usual ends; this was the best pizza I've had in years. ( perfect) plenty of sauce, abundant cheese and pepperoni and even a good amount of green pepper. That's just the start the crust was seasoned to perfection.I don't oftenleave food reviews but tonight's orderwas exceptional. Thank You and welldone! . Steve
