Since moving to Wausau qdoba has been the place I eat at consistently. Everytime I go the people there are so nice, and the food is always delicious!! Very reasonable price too. Parking lot isn't that great, I always end up parking in the apple bees parking lot lol but that's not the restaurants fault obviously, so beware of

Staff and food are good, however, bathrooms are always disgusting no matter if early in the day or later. We visited right at opening on 11-24-23, bathrooms gross, and restaurant in general dirty, floors filthy with food, etc, all over, and we were first customers in. Definitely need work on cleanliness.

I pretty much eat here everyday for lunch for work and love it. The food temp is the best of any Qdoba I’ve been to, the staff are fast and efficient and dining room is usually quite clean, even during the busy lunch rushes. The team seems to work very cohesively and never run out of items on the line.

The filthiest QDOBA I have ever been in. Food was all over the floor behind the counter. The food prep line was filthy with old dried food on the containers and utensils. I chose not to order but person I was with chose tacos.

I ordered 2 entrees and at the checkout the kid was more worried about his Apple Watch than anything else. He almost forgot to give me an entree, he forgot to put in my queso for a chicken QUESO bowl. I called to make it right and was told to come back to get the queso or come back for a refund. Save your money and go to Taco Bell.
Ordered thru doordash. Was poor. Orders were right, food was subpar temp, overly expensive. Don't waste your time. Shame, used to be a family

The person making my food was great. He was very kind and attentive. The other employees, on the other hand, were horribly rude and treated him poorly. Such a toxic work environment. I hope HR does something about this.

Went in to order some food on my way home. I was texted to order some chicken street tacos - seemed simple enough. Unfortunately I didn't know what all went on the tacos, and the staff was no help. I had no idea what I was supposed to assemble, and ended up with just some soggy flour tortillas with chicken and shredded cheese.I found out later on that the website described the tacos as "Grilled adobo chicken in soft corn tortillas topped with hand-crafted guac, salsa verde, pickled red onion and cotija cheese - I was not offered any of this while trying to build them. The food ended up being gross, cold, and bland.I hope in the future staff do something more like "that comes with these ingredients by default - is that OK?" instead of staring at me blankly while hovering over the ingredients waiting for me to decide. I can't decide. I'm just here to order whatever was advertised.
