Red Robins in Wausau was a good place, up until a few months ago which is a real shame because there are not a whole lot of places in the area that serve semi-healthy food with real ingredients and veggie options. I don't know what happened but there seems to be a disconnect between the waitresses and the kitchen. Multiple times that we've requested some pink on the burger, only to have it come out almost raw. Also, every order for the last 2 months came out wrong. Missing blue crumble on the Blue Ribbon Burger, frondu Burger not coming with the cheese container side, bacon cheese burger with requested mushrooms not coming with extras despite paying for it. These are just a couple examples. Unless they get whatever is going on in the back sorted out, we're going start going somewhere else, and I highly suggest you do too.

This place could use a little work. They say bottomless fries, but they don’t come off in enough to refill your fries. They’re also a little bit soggy. Other than that, OK place

Wow this place knocked it out of the park. First of all this place is super clean. Second of all are server Dan helped make the experience way better. He gave us the run down on everything and gave us some good laughs here. Great food too. Definitely would go back if you haven't gone already what are you waiting for.
Took 4 yr old grandson, and he liked it better than McDonald's. The onion ring tower, burgers, and shake were delicious. The only thing is the endless fries were cold, and we weren't asked if we wanted more.

Our server was very nice. My burger, Mushroom & Swiss was good, just not exceptional
We were very pleased with our service. The waitstaff were awesome seeing that our very large group reservations were marked 18 instead of 8. They accommodated us nicely and the waiter who took our order I think noticed I wore hearing aids, that he came around and knelt down to ask my order when he stood to take all the others was so impressive. It really made my day. It was my granddaughters wedding supper.
