Girl taking orders/at the drive thru window on 4/21/24 at 8am didn’t listen to me ordering and didn’t put down oat milk when ringing in my drink. Attitude when taking my order. When she handed me my drink I said “oh I asked for this with oatmilk” because it wasn’t listed on the cup. she goes “you didn’t ask for it but I’ll remake it for you I guess” with HUGE attitude. I said “I did ask for it.” she rolls her eyes and closes the window, comes back after a second and says “the barista heard you say oatmilk and made it right”…… so I DID say it? right? Cool it with the attitude, I was nothing but nice. How embarrassing for her. I’ve worked in drive thru coffee for 2 years, not hard to listen and not hard to be polite. Mistakes happen, but with the service I received when correcting said mistake I had to leave a review.

Ordered iced coffee with milk and sugar. No ice and no sugar. Was driving. Had to go back and let them fix it. I won't go back to this Starbucks again. I should say that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

To the rude barista at the window in the brown sweater today…. Why ask if I want 50% off a drink and then be rude when I misunderstand? Everyone wants the 50% off, save the step of confusing people and then giving a dirty look and apply it? You’re misery is blantent and not necessary.

My usually starbucks when I'm in the area. Parking is a bit hard to find and the drive thru is usually backed up at peak times. Staff is usually friendly even when it's chaotic. Bathroom is clean. I ordered a white chocolate mocha frappuccino blended beverage and receive the creme version TWICE, the 3rd time the workers tried to make the correct drink, I'm pretty sure mocha was just added into the already made creme drink because I could taste all the creme and the cool whip on top was mostly melted, but I didn't have time to wait again because I had to go back to work.

The manager that was working was extremely rude. I asked how much longer it would be for my mobile order and she said if I would get it with 4 shots instead of 5 it would be 30Seconds faster. COOL. I bet it would be. Like who says that. I knew I was coming in on a Saturday so I placed my mobile order 5 minutes before I even left my house. It was a 10min drive and I used the lobby option as to not clog the drive thru. Seems like they didn’t care about mobile orders at all and I waited 15 more minutes inside. I haven’t been back to this location since and don’t plan on it.
