Had to throw my meatball sub out. Looked like it was chewed up and spit out by the time the lady finished "wrapping" it and telling me how good it looked. Never returning to this location. I used to work at Subway and I didn't give her a difficult task to keep the sub in the bun.

I stopped in to buy a sanwich for. The girls fixed it for me and it was just the way I like it to be. This is most fantastic Subway I have ever been to. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Tha boss lady is very caring for her associates and customers. I will go to this Subway as long as I am here in Wausau!Kid-friendliness: GREAT,Parking: Good location!

This is the best subway in town hands-down the best people all the time always going out of their way to make your day special if you have special request they do that for you if you need extra napkins they always offer it to you best place if you want to grab a quick healthy meals so yummy and always really clean inside the building as well

The new line of subs are great. If they did fries like cousins does itd be only sub shop I'd go to.

When you show up at 7 pm and the place is closed and they are suppose to be open until 9 that’s a huge disappointment. Maybe the hours should be changed online, not good customer service.
I would like to be contacted by a manager as soon as possible. I am a witness to an employees unfair treatment and I'm currently looking into escalating this matter to the EEOC. I need to speak to someone in upper management.

We stopped here for a sub at lunch time a couple of weeks ago. I hadn't been to a Subway in over a year. I was pleasantly surprised. We got the Chicken Bacon Ranch. Not only was it good, the employees in training were doing a good job and the manager (?) training them was pleasant while instructing them and interacting with us. The bathroom was clean as well as the tables. I would stop here again if I have another coupon.

Love this Subway. The employees are really friendly.. Well all except 1.. She's different than the others.. Not as friendly, but that could just be my perception of her character. But everyone else very friendly, they recognize faces of regulars, the guy with the beard, he even has my order memorized.. After only 2 visits.. But every now and then I'll throw him off ?. But it's all in good fun. Great place. I don't go to any of the other Subway's in town. Just this one.

I've gone to the Subway a few times now and every time I get the same soap it has no bacon on it and it's supposed to have bacon on it and it's not the cleanest store have gone to but friendly workers.
