Well.... Subway has impressed us today and stepped up their game. Needed a quick bite to eat in Walmart and saw that they have updated their menu!! And it's impressive. Not the same boring sandwiches - they have rotisserie chicken, pizza and options for a wrap, salad or bowl. We got the turkey club and it was really good. The fixings looked and tasted fresh. The whole reason for pre-ordering and pre-paying is to save time in picking up an order. I did this and when I went to pick it up, they couldn't find the order. The worker stated there had just been a shift change, made a cursory search for it and said it couldn't be found. That was that. No offer to remake the order or refund the money paid - not that I had time to stick around for either of those options. I left with an empty wallet and an empty stomach. Ordered online to pick up. Will never do that again. They missed half the things I requested for my 2 subs. Will only order in person from now on.
