These guys processed my venison trim. They made me venison summer sausage with cheese and garlic, venison hot dogs, venison BBQ snack sticks, and venison bacon. I've had several other butchers process venison for me over the years, depending on where I was living. These guys are by far the best! Hands down, everything they made for us is delicious! Perfect amount of smoke! The hot dogs are moist, the snack sticks are not too dry or hard, easy to eat. Thanks Zillmans!
If you want REAL German sausage and other fantastic meat you have to try Zillman’s. I had a cousin who married a man from Germany and they now live there. We had brought him some years ago and he was very skeptical because his family made German sausage. When he tried them he LOVED them. When they lived in North Carolina they would order them and have them shipped. Best we’ve ever had and we’ve tried lots of them.?
