So i used to buy gift cards and you could load them onto the mobile app, now you buy gift cards and you have to go into the store to use them and you can’t tie them to the mobile app. Therefore, all of my deals that I have on my mobile app cannot be used because I spent $100 on a gift card. what’s the purpose of pushing gift cards on your mobile app if you can’t use them with the mobile app?Update. And then when using the gift card, they’re not able to scan your reward card to get credit for the purchase. They tell you to look at the bottom of the receipt go to a website that tells you to go to another website to enter in a 23 digit code. Most others have a QR code that you can scan and loads directly via the app. Their food is great. Their IT is horrible.

The menu options here are great. Tons of different bagels and cream cheese flavors. I ordered an everything bagel with light cream cheese. It was toasted perfectly and the put a decent amount of cream cheese on the bagel. I also ordered one of the twice-baked hash browns. The hash browns flavor was delicous but was not heated through thoroughly. My dining partner ordered The Farmhouse breakfast sandwhich but substituted an asiago bagel. She said it was delicous. I would give it 3-3.5 stars but I rounded up because the service was great!

Ordered bagel with sausage and chz and was given bacon then the employee didn’t want to remake it. Worst experience ever. Time to re-evaluate the staff.
They usually pretty fast. But not a lot of places to sit down

While I am lucky I have no food allergies, I saw cross contamination on my "plain (cream cheese) with my plain bagel". There was red spread found on the bagel and some on the cream cheese. I was able to wipe and remove parts of it. I am disappointed that the bagel artist was not able to take steps to thoroughly clean or wipe down the utensils. It appear she made this without a care. No friendly greeting like "good morning" and rushed to do the bagels. I give one star because the bagels itself is pretty good.

No seating allowed. The tables were there but dismantled and a sign said no seating available. What the heck? With a line that continued to grow the manager stayed in back washing dishes, causing a significant delay. Coffee was very underwhelming and they didn't have lids available.
