I went to this restaurant on Sunday March 17th around 4 pm. I ordered a Milk tea with caramel and tapioca. When getting the order and tasting it i found that it tasted terrible. I usually am a picky eater so I thought it was just me but multiple of my friends tried it and said it tasted expired and stale and not like the boba they had ordered. I tried it again and agreed that it did taste like old expired ingredients were used. I didn't go back immediately as I didn't think I could do anything about it so I continued shopping. The boba was full besides the couple sips I took so I three it away since I know that restaurants can't take back food, and then around 5:30 I came back and asked if I could have a refund, I showed them my order number since they didn't give me a receipt and didn't ask if i wanted one. I told them what the issue with the drink was and told them that it was basically full when I threw it away. The blonde who was working rolled her eyes and asked what time I ordered, when I told her it was a couple hours ago she got a harsh attitude and started to tell me that she wouldn't be looking it up in the system since it was "so many hours later". She refused to take accountability for the old ingredients used and sent me off with nothing. I don't know who to contact to get a refund but this is by far the worst place Ive ever gotten boba from.

i ordered a drink with the word boba in it, my drink came without boba, i was upset and asked if they could add boba, wnd told them i was okay with additional charge but the 2 employees were very rude, saying i had to pay for a new drink all over again and laughed at me the second i turned my back.

Like every other place in the food court, the line is very long, and the food is average. The order-taking is self-serve though, which is honestly very nice.

The only girl working today (Jan 5 at 2:30 pm), ruined my whole morning!! I ordered a snowy milk Carmel boba drink WITH BOBA and she did not put boba in it. She made my drink wrong and when I asked her to fix it she had an attitude and refused. I said I can even pay extra and she said she still won’t do it. I threw it out right away. This is why you can’t have adults that are mentally 13 years old working in food. She had a rude attitude even before I ordered, I heard her talking to the other customers; Being rude whenever anyone asked her a question about a drink. I’m never coming here again, used to be one of my favorite places.

I've been a customer since the kiosk opened and over the years the quality (and service) has significantly changed. They're known for their tiger milk tea that over time has had less and less brown sugar stripes or sauce at the bottom. You're asked if you want boba (which defeats the purpose of ordering bubble tea to begin with) and now are charged for it as it doesn't come with the drink. It was bad enough the quality of the drinks decreased but to often have very little boba included when it came with the drink and now to be charged for it and it still to not even be a proper scoop with proper amount of brown sugar sauce is genuinely a grift. I know good workers are hard to find and they've had outstanding employees (ironically all who make the drinks well and sans the noted problems in my review) that I have to wonder if folks leave simply because it's difficult to do their jobs well there. I'd love to see this place turnaround as they did make the best (and for a time only) proper boba tea in MKE.

Told the lady when I placed my order that I have a rare allergic reaction to tapioca and I wanted double strawberry boba. She made the order completely wrong and wouldn't take any accountability on her mishap. Awaiting to see if I can get a refund.

The girl working the counter and making drinks is rude. Not sure if maybe she’s just having a bad day but it was uncalled for. Constant rolling eyes after I asked a question about the difference between the blended shakes and regular milk teas.

Really enjoyed the Tiger Boba Milk Tea, With boba beads. They were really nice and make the drink really fast. The Customer service is great. The place looks good and pops out in the store. I recommend this place.
The boba was delicious, but the tiger sugar Thai milk tea was okay. Not the best tasting, but I've also had worse.The classic milk tea was mediocre too.Customer service was okay.

Didn't have a chance to try their boba, apparently they aren't able to serve until 11 even though their hours say 10??Whoever was there gave me some attitude when all I was do was trying to look to see what they had and if it would be worth it to wait.I instead told the lady that I wasn't going to bother with someone who had such a horrible attitude when, again, all I was trying to do was look, and left.

Stopped in today 5/5 around 1:30p with my 2 kids. Stood at the counter to place my order for a while, before the lady wearing glasses didn’t even acknowledged me. When she did come to the register, she didn’t greet me at all. I took the initiative to say hi, she then just looked at me and didn’t respond so then I said hi again, no response from her. I then told her I would not be ordering anything due to her lack of customer service and poor attitude. I then asked the other worker, for a manager name or card. She informed me, that I would have to call the mall to complain, which I did. She then apologized for her co workers actions.
