I came in with low expectations and came out pleasantly surprised and satisfied. Had the new Reuben sub and Mint shake with fries. Sandwich was delicious and fries were crispy and fresh. Only thing keeping it from a perfect score was that they were out of the rye bread so they had to make it on the Italian. Still was really good.

The cashier made a mistake on my order, I let him know, so he let the person know who was preparing the sub what I asked for and she loudly and rudely told him “she gotta pay for it” when I heard what she said, I told her I was not trying to get it free and that I noticed the mistake on my receipt so I wanted to correct it so that I receive what I originally asked for. I spoke to the manager about it and she upheld the rude behavior by saying the person preparing the sub was not rude to me, but she was rude to the new person who placed my order. Just because she wasn’t talking to me doesn’t make it right - it was my order that upset the worker. This is a Cousins that I will no longer purchase anything from.

2 half sandwiches, one fries and 2 cokes $29.10. Cancelled at the window. It’s fast food- it’s not worth it, and doesn’t match the prices posted online even. Was kind of a Milwaukee staple when I was a kid but at these absurd prices I don’t see myself coming back.

Every time I go there and eat inside I cannot find ONE table that doesn't have crumbs on. Come on, what's going on in there. There were at least 3 employees behind the counter, after lunch rush was over. Can't anyone wipe a freakin table???? So disgusted and It's such a nice location and brand new building.
