Sigh….I keep trying to give Cousins chances and they keep letting me down. Ordered on the app at 5:54. Said it would be ready by 6:10. Checked in with someone upfront (I admit I was there early) but didn’t get my food until 6:27. I watched them serve and complete orders for 3 people who ordered food manually and about 4-5 cars in the drive thru. Why even use the app if it’s going to be this inefficient??? My shake had been out so long it was basically just watery milk, so I threw it out. Will not be going back to this Cousins.

Lobby closed. You wait at the speaker and no one answers. You get to the window and after waiting 20 minutes they tell you to wait in line for the speaker. If you want Cousins just use your GPS and pick any other.

Every location I've been to has been great! Good subs and sides. Most of the locations have a drive-through for convenience, and if you sign up for an account, you'll get rewards like a free cookie or a % off your next sub.
We had a very disappointing experience at this location yesterday. We used the app to place an order for two sandwiches and then went through the drive thru to see if they were ready. We were told it would “be a while” and to park and someone would bring it out. After waiting another twenty minutes my husband called the store where it seemed there was a lot of confusion between the employees but our sandwiches were ready. We went back through the drive thru but no one came to help us so my husband finally went in the store to pick up. Our hot sandwiches were no longer hot and my husband’s chicken sriracha sandwich was lacking in chicken and other toppings. Overall, definitely not worth waiting thirty minutes and jumping through hoops for mediocre sandwiches.

If this location wasn’t consistently bad I would have given them more than two stars. On tonight’s episode however. It wasn’t that they were “out of bread” at 6pm. Just poor sloppy service. No marinara for curds (I specifically asked they not forget), one literal pickle slice on my sub, husband had approximately 3 jalapeños thrown onto his sub. Make the drive to a better location.

I love cousins subs food. This is the second time I place an order with this location; I asked for extra lettuce and never go it. My sub is nothing but meat and bread.

my family and i were excited to eat here, havent had a sub sandwich in a while. we pull up to the drive thru, we all noticed a mouse coming from the trash area, running around and found its way by the door and seemed to have gone inside on the side of the building. our appetite of course, was immediately diminished.

Clean outside, clean inside. Jason was super friendly and I asked for sauted jalapenos which were grilled to perfection, ask for ur fries crispy if you like a little bite like me!
