By far the worst Dairy Queen in Wisconsin. First of all no one speaks English or knows the menu. I’ve been going to Dairy Queen since I was a child and their ice cream tastes nothing like Dairy Queen. It has a foamy texture and that’s NOT how it should taste. Everyone in there is foreign and doesn’t speak a lick of English and can be pushy at times. They don’t know the menu which pisses me off. You ask for a sundae and they put the smallest amount of ice cream in the cup I had to send mine back. Dairy Queen fills the cups up this place is a joke. I’ll take the drive over to whitefish bay to get the original tasting ice cream with better customer service. They also have a blacked out window and are taking peoples credit card info. They don’t like to give receipts either but I requested mine because everyone there acted clueless. Will not return we actually should boycott this place and then maybe some other owners will come in and run it how it used to be ran!

Lady at the register had no idea about the menu asked her a question about what was on the burger she had no idea! Told her what we wanted like three times and she still messed up the order, then told her our sodas and she messed that up to told her we wanted the kids Sundays when we come back in after the kids are done eating and she made those, even though we told her not to yet, I asked her for eight packs of catch-up she gave me too. I asked for six more she gave me two more. She definitely needs to learn English needs to learn how to listen and needs to learn the menu. Otherwise she shouldn’t be working there. very dissatisfied with the service .

I've been going to this location for years on and off. I say off because every time I go here, something pisses me off so bad that I don't return for another year.I was excited to see that new ownership took over, hoping it would improve the service. I was wrong.I just spent a half hour in a drive thru for 2 ice cream sundaes. The line was out to the street so I can understand being a little behind, but a half hour??This has to be the only drive thru in the area that DOESN'T have a large order pull ahead and then they run their food out to them. This allows the customers who only want ice cream to be served in a timely manner instead of this nonsense. I could have driven 1 block away and gone through the McDonald's drive thru 3 or 4 times in the same period of time. I guess that's where I'll get my ice cream from now on considering this has been a reoccurring problem for this dairy queen for years now. Get with the modern era please or shut down.

Beyond the customer service there isn’t anything to rave about here, my fries were cold and soggy clearly have been sitting out, I ordered and was charged for a triple cheese burger only got a double. I didn’t smell anything cooking or frying which has me scared to know what I was being served. I went here against my better judgement and boy did I pay for it smh never again

The restaurant is very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the dining area has a nice view of North Avenue.
Haven't been here in awhile. My burger was burnt and like rubber. We were surprised they don't have chocolate ice cream. Kinda wierd since they are an ice cream based business. Food is expensive not good value. Probably won't come back anytime soon...

Very slow. The only other time I’ve given one star reviews was at a McDonald’s with service this slow. I’ll go to a different Dairy Queen next time. Would be faster to drive further.

No one had one their face mask giggling and playing around like there's no air born disease out here no regard to staying period..?...Update.... So they still suck..my sandwiches were made wrong my slushie was wrong the fries were half way filled.. and little kids were in there playing in the kitchen...they play with your instead of remaking it...the receipt don't even say DQ (corner store copy) do they even have a corporate...after going back twice..I just threw my food away I could not eat the played with food??....I am done with this nasty location....NO MORE CHANCES??

I love Dilly Bars and Blizzards.....enough said....lol. Visited DQ on 03/12/23, they now have Health Dilly Bars...I am a happy man.

I haven't been to Dairy Queen in quite awhile. The one here in Tosa is not very clean at all. And based on a recent review I read they still aren't. Even since the pandemic. There was another one I was in with my husband and it was unclean and smelled of gas like from a stove. I can't believe Dairy Queen is still in business.
