“An absolute gem, I've tried so many things here and always enjoyed them, they have a really cool atmosphere and a belt driven food delivery system if you sit on the second floor. I highly recommend the pizza (especially the habenero chicken pizza, which to be honest, is not too spicy, but it is delicious) and the lemon pine nut pasta salad. The staff are also all great! Hope this place stays around for a long time.“

“I was looking for a really good "authentic" Polish sausage for Easter Brunch. We did a tasting of several different companies Polish sausage and M&P was fantastic and extremely authentic. But rest assured that on the second floor you will find a friendly mom and pop kind of place making very solid sandwiches, etc. The food is tasty and represents a great value as well as being prepared by some nice people bringing some sammie love to the neighborhood. “This little gem in South Milwaukee has great lunchtime fare. On my latest visit I ordered a BLT and my husband ordered a cheese burger. The portions are generous, and their fries are delicious. As usual, we split a warmed up house made blueberry muffin for dessert. When you visit, peek your head into the wedding venue attached to the bar/restaurant area. It has beautiful exposed brick walls and warm lighting. With great parking available, I imagine the party area is in high demand. This family-run business has brought a bright spotlight into our little town.“

“I don't understand the reviews! This was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Every detail was perfect. It was around $15 for the beef and gravy sandwich, fountain drink, and bag of chips which I felt was slightly high, but definitely worth it after taking my first bite. So so delicious. Soft, perfectly toasted bread. Flavorful tender beef. Gravy good enough to drink. High quality cheese. Everything seems extremely clean, there's plenty of seating, the staff was courteous and attentive, the music is great. I'll certainly be back!“
“Canforna closed for hot ham and rolls, so we tried Peter’s and have been very happily surprised. It is different than canforna but the ham and beef are very very good not to mention the rolls are coming HOT out of the oven. “This place blew my mind. Its hard to even tell it's a restaurant when you first walk in. The food was incredible. The staff was very nice and friendly. The owner was a blast to meet. I gave him a high five for the amazing food. When I walked in I was overtaken by a wonderful smell of pork so I was on a mission to track that down and I did. Definitely recommend. This place was super small and seating was very limited. It's literally like 2 dining room tables outside of a kitchen window. Fantastic atmosphere. We shared a table with some people that came in after us. We had to park about a block away but it was totally worth the shot walk.“
