We walk up and there's a handwritten sign saying they're open. The door was locked and a fellow patron let us in, not an employee. Service was poor - the gal taking our order mumbled at us a few times and it was hard to tell what she was saying. Our order was ready quickly (within a few minutes) but it wasn't that great considering how much a sandwich is here these days. Way too much mayo and very little in the way of normal toppings (lettuce, etc.). The restaurant looked closed...read full review
My coworkers and I ordered lunch one day and everything was great except we were missing an item. I called back and they said they could have that item delivered shortly. They hung up on me and my item never arrived. I called back 3 hours later and they informed me I would get a refund within a couple business days. It has been over a week and I have not received anything from Jimmy John’s. Customer service at this location is terrible.

We ordered our food at 11:20 AM and received our food at 1:45 PM. After calling three times and them telling us to call back in another 45 min. We finally asked for a refund. They said they could give us store credit. Not the first time that this location has been less than freaky fast.
