Went there with a group of friends last Sunday and I ordered the Southern Eggs Benedict while my brother ordered the Gyro omlette with Pancakes(their "specialty") and one of the 2 pancakes he got was overcooked/burned and the hollandaise sauce I had on my eggs Benedict was bland and disappointing but otherwise the eggs were cooked beautifully.On a side note however, I do feel this place is overcharging their customers. Putting a mandatory 18% "tip" on top of the price of the food? Seems outrageous for me. I shouldn't be forced to "tip" especially for bland/overcooked food! Needless to say I will never be returning to this establishment and I'd tell people to avoid it as well!

My grandmother loves to eat breakfast and Maxfields has climbed to the top of the list of family favorites. The staff here is kind and the food comes out quickly. We were seated right away which is appreciated these days. Our food came out within 5-10 min after ordering! I had the chicken with eggs and hash browns. Everything was delicious and my friend finished her plate too. The decor is outdated tho and my seat had a huge rip in it, that was easily overlooked tho. I will be back to try other things on the menu.

Food was underwhelming. I ordered eggs Benedict. My ham was a bit chewy and the hash browns were not crisped the way I prefer. My son was happy with his pancakes. Coffee refills were average speed, despite us being the only customers in the whole restaurant. I like diner style food but this place doesn't crack the "eat here again" threshold for me.
