We ordered a Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel. It was not in the bag so tried calling when we got home. When calling the number you don't get the store, you get an answering service. I explained the situation. Nobody got back to me after 3 hours and seeing breakfast was almost over, I drove back. I explained what happened. The manager, MARA, was extremely rude. Told me if I didn't have the receipt they could do nothing. I explained I paid with a debit card, she with her very condescending tone said "I don't care, we can do nothing without a receipt". It is a sandwich not a frigging expensive item. I wasted more time, energy and gas money than that dam sandwich is worth. I am so disappointed that a manager would basically accuse me of trying to steal a sandwich instead of just resolving the issue than perhaps explaining that I should not turn down the receipt next time. So my advice, when they ask "do you need your receipt" just assume they are going to make a mistake cuz without it you will be made to feel like a theif, not get your sandwich and waste time writing a review that means absolutely nothing. Very disappointed. Also, part of me wants to say maybe if she spoke better English she would realize how imsulting her attitude was but something tells me she enjoys being rude to a certain demographic of people.

It’s really not a bad location but that old black man that typically works nights ruins it for the whole establishment! He needs to retire because his attitude is bad, he doesn’t provide any let alone good customer service, and he parks every car. I was parked for a large coffee before and when I questioned it he gets smart and rude. Get rid of him!!

Received a uncooked burger yesterday called to make a complaint and was transferred to a pager system where they told me that they would give my info to the restaurant and have them give me a call back and never received one. Called again today and the same thing happened. When I got my food there was no one really in the restaurant nor there was anyone in the parking lot so I don’t understand how my burger was made undone. I was at work when I bit into it and realized it wasn’t done I then broke the burger all the way up and the whole thing was raw. I had to throw it away and I couldn’t leave to go back to the restaurant. The picture I took didn’t even do it justice it was way more pink in person.
