Whoever that is in the drive thru window wearing a hat needs a attitude adjustment or be moved to the back flip fries over cause if you can read a screen and it says don’t put something on a drink why would you do it? Then get mad when I SAID ma’am that’s not supposed to be on there. Smacking your lips and all that not needed had you read it right.

Although this day I couldn't get my Google pay to work so I couldn't pay for the order I placed via the McDonald's App..the food is always perfectly fine and the prices are lower than the locations near to my house. They are always friendly and patient.

This is one of the last Play Areas around. I always love to see these still around. And while visiting last time, I was given a free shamrock shake. Why thank you, I would like to try that. Pretty good service too.

While cars are getting so backed up, not even moving for 11 mins(I kept track), people were pulling out of line and leaving. I had a mobile order, so I drove around to see if the doors were open. When I pulled up, the manager and another employee had the door wedged and was smoking cigarettes inside the foyer. I have never seen anyone do that, so I explained what I do for a living. I am a food safety and quality assurance auditor. I also explained that it is federally illegal to smoke less than 50' from the entrance, let alone inside the building. I also asked where the manager was. (I knew she was the one with the nice McDonald's polo) she replied "none of your business, and we never asked and Dont need any assistance from a whatever the gell you said you were." Before I left, I explained that it's very unintelligent to leave 1 person to run the drive through all by themselves, running back and forth between windows to help. She then told me to leave cause i wouldn't be served. By the way, do you know when a woman has extremely long finger nails unless you use a scrubbing tool any time the use of the bathroom is created, and the bacteria created a cell and continues to grow. And everything they touch has tiny particles of her human waste in the food.

I waited over 25 minutes to get an order. Which was awful. I bite into a fish sandwich that was warm n the bun wasn't steamed. Soda was flat. Large fry also was cold.

Seriously the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered. Aside from their incredibly slow service in drive through (have waited, no joke, 15 min on multiple occasions, they aren’t happy or friendly or anything. And with the slow drive through I thought I’d give the counter a shot. No deal? Why? Because at 10:00 on a Friday they decided to lock the doors. I assume it’s due to staffing but that ain’t my problem. Hire more people, pay them a decent wage so they show up and schedule better to ensure you have adequate staffing. Total joke, do not bother going.

I have been to this one a few time’s now and I do agree with other reviewers saying it’s the “best” in the area since I travel farther from home to go to this one and pass 2 other McDonald’s on the way. That being said, “best” is a very loose term for what McDonald’s service has become now days. It’s very hard to go to any McDonald’s and get good service much less a “Hi” acknowledging your existence and defiantly don’t think you’re going to get a “Thank you, have a good night” ? ya no.. not today..

I usually go to this McDonalds and seem to get good service accept for the occasional attitude from the teenagers. However, I went there on Sunday, Jan. 28th of this year, I was there at 6:30 am and was informed they opened at 7am. Hmmmm, I thought all McDonalds opened at the same time. Whoever owns these restaurants need to get their team together, I think they just hire warm bodies.
