9:30 PM. The parking lot lights and the MacDonalds sign are off. Drive-through was open and I ordered a 10 piece nuggets meal. The fries and nuggets were cold and I was not given a receipt.

My recent visit was shockingly surprisingly decent. Even though the young kids are on their cell phones while taken your orderwas definitely unprofessional, but overall Their Manners was polite, they took my order without me wondering if someone is going to take my order. The fries was actually freshly cooked this time. Everything else was pretty decent.
Worst experience....went to McDonalds on Jan. 28th, 2024. I ordered a sausage mcmuffin, hashbrown and a lg. diet coke. First of all I was handed a diet coke with no ice, I asked for ice and she said, oh, you wanted ice? Then I was parked, and there was no other person in front of me. I waited a few minutes and my order came...It was a greasy biscuit with a hamburger pattie with grilled onions...that is not what I ordered. Since when do they substitute sausage for hamburger. I later tried to call the restaurant and it just goes to voicemail. Once again, McDonalds just hiring warm bodies- I won't go back again.

Came to pick up my paid order via drive thru and was told by the female manager with long dreads this evening said “There’s no buns for the Big Mac you ordered. If you want to replace it with a McDouble you’d have to pay for it.”Then she scorned me for “Being difficult for even suggesting a McDouble with Mac sauce as an alternative.”She also educated me that she has a 4 year degree (not sure how that’s relevant to poor customer service), but a simple “I apologize, tonight we ran out of buns for our Big Macs can we offer you *** instead?” would’ve sufficed.Please retrain your employees on how to properly communicate with customers when you do not have a product that a customer has paid for. In addition, please retrain your employees to problem solve small issues that arise without yelling and giving out unsolicited (I have a 4 year degree) advice.

I can't believe this place has such a low rating, every time I came here it was perfect. The workers are very nice, the food is way better than most McDonald's in the county, It is always clean inside, and even if you have a special order it still comes out quicklyKid-friendliness: It's a McDonald's, what's not kid friendly about that?
