Definitely one of my favorite restaurants when I'm in a hurry for a good food! It's like a cross between fast food and a fine sit down place! I frequent Panera bread at Mayfair Mall all the time! The only beef I got is they're out of coffee They have four coffee pots with different flavors and all of them were empty! I think they need to rethink their strategy here like maybe get a second pot going before the other one is empty :-)Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is inside the entrance to the Mayfair Mall and Mayfair Mall is definitely wheelchair friendly

2-25-24 Mayfair Mall, Wauwatosa, WI Arrived at 10:05am man at register no greeting just stood there and did not say anything. I gave my order and paid he dropped my change and it went all over counter and floor then dropped my scone & cup on counter. Shame on this employee and Panera management for very poor training in customer service!! Coffee was luke warm and scone over baked.

At the time I was starving, so I ordered the Tomato soup and a chicken sandwich on black pepper foccacia (bread). It was so delicious with slices of pickled red onions, house sauce, lettuce, tomato and cheese and it was grilled, toasty and warm and it was so good, I ate every crumb. The soup was fantastic. Bits of tomato pulp and basil, exact amount of seasoning. My tummy said Thanks, I needed that!
This location needs help. Always runs out of ingredients (my salad was missing 2 components, had to substitute other things). The staff did not tell me this, I just knew to ask because it happened to me before. The bread was stale and overbaked. The tables and seats were not wiped down. There is a real bird flying around the restaurant. It was there a few weeks ago, and it's still there. (Not sure why they don't call animal control to capture it). I go back to this restaurant every once in a while, hoping it will get better, but no.
I had planned to order a pepperoni flatbread pizza. Upon advising the cashier of my request, she responded that there was no tomato sauce.Who is running this location?How does running out of tomato sauce even happen? Panera bread, no matter the location is sorry . Just close up already.

This Panera location has gone downhill. Way, way downhill. Their restaurant is consistently filthy, the service is nonexistent, my order is constantly wrong, they regularly run out of staple ingredients (how do you run out of avocado and tomato at 1 pm on a Thursday?). The filthiness of the environment makes me question what their kitchen cleanliness is like ?. The management here should be ashamed to let their store be ran in this manner. How the heck has corporate not intervened yet is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and go to another Panera.

I like the relaxed, no hassel atmosphere. The employees want to help and the management is always working to have a clean maintained dining area.
The bread bowl with soup was amazing ? the salad was great ? the twisted pecan roll ? ? this was my first time eating here ? customer service was ok she needs to have more patience with people but overall

I absolutely hate this location. Customer service were extremely rude and impatient. I ordered two meals and when I told the manager that the food was wrong and cold, he got rude and started using profanity. He took the food back and threw it in the garbage. They refused to give my correct amount money back and I just left the energy and experience there. I won't recommend this location. You may get kind or rude service at this location, just be ready for whatever may come.And no to the manager that reads this review,I don't want to come back for a different experience. Enjoy your day and God bless
