First of all I just want to give a big thank you to a certain employee, River. He is very respectful and polite, great costumer service. He also manages his time very well when busy, definitely works hard. He deserves a raise. Best P Murphs employee ever! River makes the best pizzas.

This Papa Murphy's has to be the dirtiest restaurant in Wauwatosa. I went in to grab a Cowboy pizza and as I was walking in there was trash and debris outside and inside the door. There's a dirty smell to this location as well. I went to the counter to order my pizza and look over at the prep counter and it was filthy. Now this was at 1:30ish in the afternoon on a Saturday and there was ample works that could have better maintained things.

Well, atmosphere doesn’t count, it’s a take & go place.The guys at this location do their best… a lot of times, there’s only 2 guys up front making pizzas, & another in back trying to red up the crusts & get the front guys everything that goes on top of the crusts.Your pizza(s) might not be ready to pick up at times, and especially on $10 Tuesdays you may need to wait (even if you put an order in online) because they are so understaffed.I only feel it necessary to point this out because they are woefully understaffed. As a person who works in a non-service industry which is also understaffed, I feel for these guys. They honestly seem to be doing the best they can.

Ordered my pizza online, came in at the specified ready time to find that my pizzas were never started. Waited there for over 2hrs waiting on them to complete my order. Everyone else was served besides me. I get that it's busy, but still...there were 4 boys working on pizzas. They didn't even have the right breadsticks for my order and to top it off they were terrible! Still waiting on the promised refund the worker said they would give me. Did the online survey and asked to be contacted...not surprised they haven't contacted me. This is literally the 3rd chance I've given Papa Murphys and they've failed me EVERY TIME....

We have been long-time customers of this location, and my son has worked at others in the area. We have celiac in our family and have always been able to get the gf pizza on special for the $10 Tuesdays until today. I'm not paying $18 for a medium pizza when we always got them for the $10 price. We will drive farther from home to support a location that isn't trying to make more money off dietary issues.

Best white sauce chicken thin crust pizza ever!! Abundant toppings and had extra garlic parm sauce. Was so good in fact, we'll be ordering it again, next week. Oh, and did I fail to mention the pizza was on $10 Tuesday?!? BONUS!! I asked for fresh spinach for $1.50 more...SO worth it! Enjoyed the garlic monkey bread as well.
Store is ran by 16 year olds- don’t go here. Pick a different Papa Murphys in the area. How can I place an order for monkey bread and when I get there, you say you are out? Then blames it on his manager for not ordering it. Crazy - choose a different papa Murphys- very
When I pulled into the parking lot there were 6 kids out behind the dumpster with boxing gloves on having a boxing match. Upon walking into the store they all came running in sweaty and acting like they were working. One young man came to the register and said their WiFi was down so they couldn’t take any orders in store or online. I won’t be coming back to this location after this experience and the lack of cleanliness.

Do not even bother ordering ahead of time. I placed my order for 40 minutes online. They didn't have my order ready, it wasn't printed waiting to be filled, and I had to go to the register to have the order printed. People were placing orders in line ahead of me and getting their pizza made right there. I got to the register and asked for a refund because it wasn't ready and the cashier said they were busy since 4 a.m. There were 8 people working behind the counter and back room!!!!!! He seemed to process my return then disappeared to the back. I asked another employee for my return receipt and was told that the manager couldn't print one because of a lack of computers. I will be watching closely for a refund and will never come back to this location again.

I placed an online order at 530 pm, and the website stated that it would be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. The location is open until 7 pm. We arrived at 610 to pick up our (1) large pizza, (1) order of garlic monkey bread, and 2 liter. After waiting several minutes in the employee-less lobby, and checking the empty online order rack, an employee emerged from the back and informed me that," o, yeah, sorry, we can't make it, we ran out of larges." Ok, so we'll do a medium. To which he replied, no we can't make anything and walked away. This is not the first occasion on which they have been out of several items. While I understand that running out of ingredients is not the fault of the employees, the dismissive attitude and lack of effort to communicate the outage to the customer prior to their arrival is really ridiculous.

Buyer beware: I recently placed an order via the PM website for this Wauwatosa store. I got confirmation that my order was received and they were making my food. I placed the order 90 minutes before the store closed based on the times indicated on their website. I showed up to get my order and the individual I talked to stated he didn't receive any order, he went on to say they were "closed" and couldn't fill my order, AND could not refund my money. He asked me to come back tomorrow when a "manager" was working. I did exactly that and he couldn't refund my order either stating I'd have to take that up with eatstreet. I gave PM corporate all the information I received and would not refund my money because I didn't get a PM 16 digit order number. I didn't get one from eatstreet. eatstreet hasn't returned any of my online help requests and there isn't any other way to contact them other than USPS.
