Exceptional Service and Atmosphere at StarbucksI recently had the pleasure of visiting the Starbucks location at Mayfair and center and I must say, it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that is often lacking in today's retail environment.I had the pleasure of being assisted by a fantastic barista named Trenton, who went above and beyond to make my visit personal and welcoming. His attention to detail and genuine care for ensuring my satisfaction truly stood out. It is rare to encounter such personalized service in a retail setting, and Trenton's dedication to creating a memorable experience for customers is truly commendable.Not only was the service top-notch, but the entire crew at this Starbucks location exuded a sense of teamwork and camaraderie that made me feel like a valued guest. Despite the fast-paced environment, I never felt rushed and was able to enjoy my visit at my own pace.Although I was in and out quickly, I found myself wanting to stay longer just to soak in the welcoming atmosphere that Trenton and the team had cultivated. This Starbucks location has truly set a standard for exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment that is often missing in today's retail culture.I highly recommend this Starbucks store to anyone looking for not only a great cup of coffee but also a memorable and personalized experience. Kudos to Trenton and the entire team for their outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction. I'm sure this is an ok location to get a cup of coffee. The worker I spoke to was also friendly. But don't plan on sitting in the store to drink anything. It's basically a drive through or walk-in/pick-up location only. There was ZERO seating. Not even a single chair or table, and really no space for any seating. Frustrating when the website says they have WiFi, seeing as you can't actually sit in their and work, etc., what's the point? Just advertise as a drive thru location.

I just moved and this is the closest location for me now. The handful of times I’ve been here, my drink was wrong. I’ll never understand why they don’t read the labels that get printed out and placed on the cup. I’m pretty sure they exist for a reason! And the bakery items I’ve ordered are always cold to lukewarm, at best, so much so that I’m convinced they just make a bunch at once and hand them out as they get ordered. Certain staff are friendly enough, definitely not all of them, but I’m actually willing to drive out of my way to another location at this point. I’m not paying this much for a cup of coffee just to have it wrong every single time.

I've been a starbucks customer since they first came here. Just stopped back into this starbucks since the "remodel". Horrible! First off, there are no tables anymore. It's just a large counter and kitchen. Such a waste of space and money. Second, I couldn't get service. Stood at the counter while three employees came to the front and walked away. Had to walk out of this starbucks. They were only concerned with the drive thru and nothing else. I don't suggest that anyone go here anymore. Such a shame how this starbucks has gone down hill so fast.

Not a fan of the remodeled design. Its just a pickup and go place now. Feels very commuter like and impersonal. The airport locations have more charm lolThere's no seating anymore nor is there any merchandise . I only saw one kind of beans for sale as well.A big disappointment.

I like Starbucks. The locations typically have a relaxed and inviting feel to this. As you may have read in other reviews, this is not that kind of place. And if you are looking for typical "inside" service, you are not going to find it here. On the day that we came there was a long line of cars in the drive through. My understanding is that drive through gets the priority. That was evident from the wait that we had inside for a couple simple drinks.I'm not necessarily complaining, just pointing out the facts at this location. It's design appears to be intended to service drive through customers. If I want something more inviting, and casual, I will simply choose one of their many other locations.

Straight up killed the soul out this place. The outside looks like an abortion clinic. The inside has the vibe of a dentist office, with all the sharp objects removed. The workers looked depressed and soulless and served me the perfect cup of industrialized coffee free of any human error in record-breaking time. The previous vibe felt human, this just feels wrong.
