So what do you look for when you go to a chain restaurant or store like Starbucks? Consistency, cleanliness and friendliness. I’ve been coming to this location for quite a while now and have always had a good coffee. You start to look for that Starbucks flavor and it’s here whenever I order from here. This is my first time actually in this location and it’s quite spread out! Some other locations I’ve been to it’s smaller and a little cramped. Quite the amount of room here! And you can’t forget friendliness, which there’s no shortage here! Everyone is very kind and attentive in the drive through and asking about your day. Inside I felt a warm atmosphere even with the morning coffee rush. Had a great spot here this week and will continue my coffee stops here!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a dip in the concrete to allow wheelchair enabled people to access the inside of this location.

I went to this location 5 days ago and I always order raw sugar in my coffee. They said that they were out and I accepted that. I went the next day and was told the same thing. Again, I accepted that. I went back 2 days later and no one said anything this time so I thought that it was back in stock. I took my coffee and went to work and realized that there was no raw sugar in my coffee and I was upset no one told me. I went there again this morning and I ordered the same drink with raw sugar, and no one said anything. I immediately tasted it when they gave it to me and again, no raw sugar. I made it known that I was disappointed and told them to keep the coffee. I understand there may be shortages, but at least have the decency to let your customer know when you are out of something they ordered in their drink.

This place has good customer service. Although, every time I keep coming back they always mess up my iced caramel macchiato… i thought it was a one time mistake but now i’m actually very annoyed. the first time they put oat milk in my drink and i didn’t ask for it, and now they put cinnamon in my drink. it’s just very frustrating when it’s a signature drink.

Every employee that works here at Starbucks are hardworker.They work in sync with each other. I do not have enough room to put all of their names down but every employee here at Store #2351 are OUTSTANDING.I enjoy coming here on a regular basis.As I sit back and watch them prepare the items for the customer and how they work together, it is AMAZING!I will like to also include the locations , that I have visited as well in Wauwatosa by State Street, Starbucks(inside of Pick N Save on 124th Captial Drive), Downtown Milwaukee location, Bayshore Area location, South 27th Street location and West Milwaukee location.Keep up the great work! ? I hope leadership will acknowledge each of you and your locations as well.

I had ordered my regular drink and the taste was off. Bad tasting in which I ended up dumping it. I let one of the girls know, Daisy, when I went back and she took care of me. She was very apologetic and handled it in such a professional way. I will continue to go back to this location for that reason alone.
