No other customers there but me. I was told by the worker who was doing nothing to order from the kiosk screen. I tried but didn't see what I wanted. I was too hungry to go anywhere else so I left and went through the drive thru. I re entered taco bell and ate the food inside

Went threw drive thru at 11:05pm 3/28/24. Normally along line, but today they were very fast! And had a Very friendly man on the headset and at the window!

This Taco Bell is excellent. The store is clean. The food is fast, hot and delicious and the order is always correct. I like the ordering system because I can see what comes on each item and make changes. Otherwise they have so many options ordering is complicated and you feel rushed. This way it’s just how I like it. I just wish the cinnamon twists came in a large economy size!

Went for a late dinner and got gaslit. When ordering, the person would repeat what I said incorrectly making me think I ordered extra ice or the #7 when I asked for hardshell. When I got my food I thought he was handing me water as part of his bit, turns outbit was just watered down Soda. When we parked we realized we were missing some items. We returned and were told that "we don't give away free food". Worst experience with fast food to date.

Went for a late order and got gaslit. The person taking my order would repeat what I said or make me think I ordered something incorrectly. Saying I got extra ice or that I ordered the #7 when I hadn't. The bit was funny and then it got frustrating pretty quickly. When we got home we realized there was a few missing items. We returned a few minutes later to get the missing items and were told that we aren't getting free food. Worst experience in fast food to date.
Ordered some food later around midnight and the guy who served me was rude and wasn’t making sense? He was repeating what I said purposely saying it wrong and laughing and proceeded to say have a horrible day when we moved past the order stand. I ordered a Baja blast zero sugar and received a regular Baja blast The nachos we received were half empty..tried to order the Cinnabon delights but apparently the worker wasnt aware of what they were? It seemed like he was on something.. this service left a bad taste in my mouth.

About 4/5 times coming here they mess up my order. Wrong item, put on toppings I didn't want etc, left out items etc. One time I told them you made the wrong thing, gave it back and when they remade it it was still wrong. This has happened with several different employees so it must be a management thing.
