I’ve been at others Texas de Brazil and this one was a terrible experience. This is not a Brazilian steakhouse, they tried all concepts, but missed the essence. From the beginning they offered medium rare meats, I have no idea why, and most of time they brought raw meat, cold inside, even after we insisted in a medium one. After a few rounds they stopped to come to our table, we waited for 10 mins and then gave up. Everyone needs training, they looked lost, but at least tried. Have no chance to come back to this place and do not recommend for Brazilians trying to get a decente rodízio.

We ordered from this place quite a bit sometimes we go in sometimes we get to go. When you go inside of course there's no problems. Sometimes when we order to go the meat degrees are a little off.Be careful though if you order thehouse salad to go it looks absolutely nothing like the photo. No cucumbers no cheese no bacon doesn't look anything like that it's basically lettuce tomatoes and I'm not sure if this is feta cheese or what but it looks nothing like the house salad photo which was very disappointing because I had to throw it out

My first time there. The experience was way more than when I expected. The only Regret I have is that I didn’t know this place earlier.

We came here for the first time for our anniversary, we showed up right at 5:00 for our 5:00pm reservation and was told they weren't open yet and we'd need to wait. It was a few minute wait, no big deal, the hostess didn't seem very friendly but was decent enough with us. The entire restaurant smelled like a dirty public restroom, as soon as we walked in we were hit in the face with it and kept getting whiffs at our table through dinner. They should invest in some air fresheners because it was bad. Our server was friendly but very to the point, gave us a quick 15 second run down of how it worked and we went to the sides/salad bar. We were there right as they opened so everything seemed fresh and untouched. The lobster bisque was great, the salads were just salads, vegetables and cheese were pretty basic. The french fries and cheese bread at our table were probably the best things they offered. The meat serving was hard to understand, we would either get bombarded with 6 meats at once or nobody would come around for 20 minutes. They didn't seem to pay any attention to if our card was green or red. A few times the table next to us got the last of a certain meat and they just never came back around to us with more. We weren't offered some that we had saw on the menu we were looking forward to. The meat itself was good but not great, some were very fatty and gristly. The sausages and flank steak were the best ones in my opinion. At the end our server pushed my drink out of the way and placed a dessert tray on the table and didn't say a word, seemed like he just expected us to choose. We said no thanks we're stuffed, and 15 minutes later he came out with a plate of caramelized pineapple for our special occasion. It was okay, tasted kind of burnt/chemically, we're not big pineapple fans but didn't want to turn it away since they made the nice gesture. Overall, it was a nice experience and trying something new is always rocky. We would probably come back and try again for another occasion, but for the price point it's just average. Please fix the smell in the restaurant!

The host and staff were very unfriendly not inviting. The staff were talking about customers negatively between themselves but we could hear. Our waiter and few other carving employee's they didn't even speak english to explain to us what they were bringing to offer us. Fruit flies everywhere. There was a smell of sewer by the bathrooms which was right by the buffet. The meat was really tough and not a big selection anymore. Sad this place is not like it used to be.

Date of visit: March 9, 2024 I love a good Brazilian steakhouse and haven't been to one in nearly a decade so was really looking forward to checking out Texas de Brazil. Upon arriving at the location, my hopes were increase when I saw how busy it was, surely this was a sign of a great time to come! Given the throng of people in the front lobby, I expected that even with a reservation, we would have to wait a bit for our table and that was true. The hostess was efficient yet not particularly friendly, though I chalked that up to stress of this peak dining hour. The wait allowed us to take in the ambiance, from the cool lighting fixtures (scavenger hunt: See if you can find the ones that are different from the others, in a "local" way) to the well-lit bar. When we were seated, we had a long wait for our server, Nicole, to arrive. She seemed a little perturbed that we were all Texas de Brazil virgins, but gave us a 15 second overview which really did not prepare us for the experience. While she mentioned the red/green cards (which almost none of the gauchos actually paid attention to) and the salad bar, but not about the things that she would bring to the table, including excellent mashed potatoes, above-average French fries, and tasty fried bananas. I have no idea if we could request more of these because she never mentioned them. The salad bar was quite extensive, if haphazardly organized. There is no clear direction so the place where people were tending to start (right across from the plates) was nowhere near where the salad was located. Soups are also over here and the lobster bisque is fantastic, even though the container should be labeled VERY HOT and was not. Tip: Grab some croutons or the focaccia bread to have with the lobster bisque. In terms of the main event, most of the meat cuts were excellent, even for someone like me who isn't a huge steak fan. What was disappointing is that there is no way to request certain items and others never appeared; we spied some ribs towards the end of the meal but they never made it to us to try them. Nicole was MIA for long stretches of the meal and we had to pile up our dirty dishes on the corner of the table for them to be cleared. A large miss is that clean plates are only found at the salad bar. Nicole passively offered dessert, in a way that made it seem as though she really did not want us to stay, so we took her up on her offer and had dessert at Corner Bakery instead.

The food was good but over priced and our server was hardly around to check on us. We had to ask other servers for assistance.

They continue to skimp on the quantity for the price mark (take out). The food quality has gone back up at least. ??

The Service and Food was Excellent. Our concerns were the Gnats flying around and the person sitting INSIDE the restaurant, right across from the Host, begging customers for money.

Came here for my dad’s birthday… the food is great but the service was just awful. We started off at the bar and watched the bartender roll his eyes after looking at a tip when the people beside us left. When we got moved to our table, the server forgot our drinks many times which is fine I get it, but then never had a smile on her face just seemed unhappy to be there, it kinda ruined the atmosphere. None of the other employees including the hosts or people serving meat had a smile or were even polite. The only staff I seen smiling was the manager walking around. Being a server myself, I always make sure my family leaves in a timely manner because I get how hogging a table can affect your tips BUT the second we turned our cards red to sit and talk for a second we felt like we were being rushed out. You would think for a $330 tab we would be allowed to sit and talk for 10 minutes. Honestly we always tip but cut it back a bit because we just weren’t happy with the service but still after a $50 tip (about 16%) our server just walked away no “Thank you”, nothing.
