Unbelievable customer service, A++ Some how my order got lost. They addressed the issue immediately and even sent extra popcorn!! I would highly recommend the Pickle Popcorn, absolutely amazing!!

placed an online order January 27th, it is now March 3rd and still no popcorn and nobody getting back to me to either send me my order or refund me. asked for tracking February 3rd and was told they were in the middle of moving stores so someone will get back to me, no one ever did. reached out again February 11th and no one even opened the message let alone responded. tried calling and all you get is an automated message saying this voice mailbox has not been set up, try again later. tried emailing the email listed and got a failure notice that the email user does not exist. Tried messaging again February 27th and once again, nothing. DO NOT place an online order, you will be out money and popcorn even if this seller is at pickle fest again, I will walk on by because this is terrible customer service.

Placed an order for shipment with a confirmed delivery date. It never arrived. No tracking information was given. No reply to emails and phone number on invoice went unanswered for days. Could not leave a message because it hadn't "been set up for voicemail ". Very disappointing execution.

I placed an online order over a week ago and they don’t have a payment portal… claim someone will call in 24 hours for payment. I called on Friday (12/17) to get a rude woman on the phone stating they were doing renovations and will be looking at orders in the next two days. She did state they don’t ship anything out until Monday/Tuesday because the local post office is closed on the weekends.It’s now Wednesday (12/22) and I still have not heard back from this company. I guess it’s a good thing they don’t have an online payment portal because you would never hear from them or receive your order! Hopefully little miss can fix her customer service.

Rosie proceeded to follow me around the mall after I told her I didn’t want to buy a certain candy. She followed me into the bathroom, slapped me, pulled my hair, and told me to never come back. I will be suing this place until this employee gets fired.

There was a good selection of sweets, but they were all pretty expensive. I ended up getting some puppy chow popcorn which is supposed to be peanut butter chocolate powdered sugar, but the ingredients don't list peanut butter... the popcorn was pretty much flavorless and had a somewhat soggy texture that I didn't really enjoy.

I've been here before but only a couple times. It's a cute shop with some unique stuff. I liked the place before today. Everything was fine until my friend and I checked out. It was a single item and I handed the woman my cash. She proceeded to say "that's not how you hand someone cash" she picked it up, put it in a pile, handed it back to me WITH NO GLOVES IN A PANDEMIC then told me to give it back. My friend and I were appalled. We simply left without paying without giving a tip or even a thank you. My friend even said it seemed like she wasn't fully sober. Of course we can't confirm that but I wouldn't doubt it. Disgusted with the service today.
