Manager Janet is horrible we ordered the soup salad and breadsticks. Unlimited took forever to get out there when it’s supposed to be an appetizer and we got the wrong soup which was fine. She said that she could get a new soup and then disappeared for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, we ordered another salad and breadstick, which never came from waiting and then we asked for a pasta with no bacon, and the pasta that was brought out after that one was very cold and disgusting. Our whole order was messed up but we couldn’t find her or talk to her and then finally we found her and she was in an interview . After waiting over an hour for her to get done with her interview, we decided to just leave because she still was not done.We waited three hours for food to never come to the table and if it did, it was wrong, so we walked out just to find out that she was making the server pay for our food

The service was terrible. They weren’t crowded, it took forever to get a server. Our appetizer arrived before we were even offered water. She didn’t say sorry or thank you, took forever to take our credit card and return with the slip. She took way too long for everything

I placed an order. And when it was delivered 4-5 items were missing. So I called they offered a gift card or credit. I took the gift card in the end which would be mailed. I then placed another order for the missing items and still didn’t get everything. So I called again. She said they would add to the gift card and I’d get an email Monday the first of April. The first rolls around and I have no email, nothing about the gift card. The week rolls around and still nothing. Moral of the story. Don’t do delivery with this place nor take the gift card. You won’t receive the gift card or your full order. Now I’m out of money from them and I was left hungry still.

Can't really do a complete review. Went here to eat and they were short staffed restaurant less than half full and there was a 30 min wait. There were probably 4-5 other groups a head of us.We were willngvtonwait and asked if we could wait. At the bar or near the bar so we could have a drink and watch the games on TV. We're were told this isn't allowed ??? So we said sorry but that is ridiculous. And we left.

Waited about 15 mins to get seated, server was very nice, but the kitchen was backed up and we werent notified about this until we were waiting about 45 minutes + for our food, once i got my food it took about 20 more minutes to get my others friends food, not very happy with this experience wont be coming back for a while

I walked in around 7pm, was told it would he a half hour wait time. Ok, I waited. For an HOUR before I was seated. All i ordered was bonless wings and mac and cheese. Waited another HOUR for my food to come out and the garlic parmesan wings were drowning in grease, and was told my Mac and cheese would still be another 15 minute wait! The waiter also smelled of Marijuana and nowhere to be seen 95% of the time I was there. The atmosphere was also atrocious, would not recommend bringing your family. Will definitely NOT be returning.

I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt, maybe I came on a day with only bad, inattentive employees working. But from what I have experienced they have zero care for doordash / food delivery drivers. When I arrived there were about 5 dashers sitting in the pick up area waiting for their order. And after about 15 minutes, not a single one of them got their order and no employees came to ask what order we had (even though there were two UNLABELED pick up orders sitting on the desk collecting dust). And to add on top of this there were multiple employees going behind the desk to talk while all the dashers waited aimlessly. I had to cancel my dash due to it being 10-15 minutes late and having no idea when it may be ready as there were still 5 others waiting who were there before me. IF YOU ARE A DOORDASHER DECLINE THIS APPLEBEES IF YOU WANT TO MAKE MONEY OR MAKE IT ANYWHERE ON TIME.

Customer service is horrendous... more than half of the tables were available yet the host said it would be about a 45 min wait to be seated... needless to say we left... also, the carpet smells horrid

We were setted, then 10 minutes later the hostess told us there was only 1 waiter working so it was going to be a long wait, so after another 10 minutes we just left. Worst service ever.

Ordered take out from this location, I was told it would be ready at 10:28pm didn't receive my food till 11:20pm. Then was told that the garlic mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese that I was charged extra for that was supposed to come with my salmon were out of stock. I didn't receive the broccoli either, I was given stale fries in place of both of my sides.
