Food was good. Custard was good. Customer service was bad. Staff was too busy talking to each other than helping customers who were waiting for a while. Told them I spilt water and didn’t want someone to slip and they said they’d take care of it but when to conversing with each other instead.

The girl at the register did not know what was going on. The order was messed up, and they cooked the wrong type of chicken (fried instead of grilled). It took a long time to finally get the order. Our buns were totally soggy, and the Buffalo chicken had no Buffalo sauce. I believe they used the same buns from the original, incorrect order. I went to the counter to let them know and was ignored. The 3 girls walked past me and never acknowledged me. If you mess up an order, you have to replace the bun. It is ridiculous to reuse the bun. We won't go back.

Our secret go-to Custard/Burger joint in Milwaukee. They are a stone’s throw from State Fair, though tucked in behind a Walgreens/McDonald’s front line. IYKYK, and I have NO IDEA why someone who knows about Big Deal would even think to go to McDonald’s, all I can think is those we see going there just don’t know! Fine by us, the line is never tooooo long like Culvers, and their food is WAY better. Expansive menu, good prices, everything is tasty, and the people are friendly, YAY Big Deal!

Went through the drive through for a fish fry, excellent price , had two pieces but were pretty greasy, was told not alway that way so will try again, two pieces were plenty
Burger was great & so was the customer service! Prices also very reasonable. The only issue I had is that the grilled chicken sandwich didn't have the teriyaki taste like it states on the menu.
