My son and I stopped in on Saturday, chatted with the owner and bought the pineapple upside down cake. The owner was friendly and very knowledgeable about his yummy desserts. We will be returning and truly recommend this wonderful shop!!

Best apple pie (wirh crumble) you can buy!! I bake myself but for my birthday last year my husband bought this for us and it was delicious. We will patronize Bishop's many more times in the future!! (Including the one we just ordered again for my bd this year).

Bought an apple pie from them. Was very good, had accrumble topping on top. Can buy in 2 sizes. 8" or 12". So if you dont want to make your own, this was a very good pie. No regrets buying one from Bishops.
