Our food was cold and wasn't enjoyable. Not sure how it was cold when it was supposed to be freshly made. We had onion rings and asked for onion ring sauce and was given sweet & sour sauce. I asked to exchange it and was told id need to pay for the replacement.Wheelchair accessibility: It's not an easy entrance, but someone in a wheelchair could enter the building.

Went through the drive thru was told to pull around and park, been sitting for 25 min lady comes out with an order that wasn’t mine she goes back in comes back out to see what our order was. Stopped by the drive thru and they were fast and friendly got my order just how I asked for
Drive thru is terrible. Make you wait for 10 minutes every car that goes thru there. Seems to me they are way understaffed.

I placed a mobile order for it to be ready when I arrived. After driving 10 minutes to get there, it seemed as if they hadn’t even started to prepare my order, so I had to wait a few minutes, even with no one else in the drive thru. The food was still what you’d expect from BK.

Food was what I'd expect. The team members were attentive but also seems to be having a good time goofing around with each other. I guess that's a good thing as long as they also pay attention to the customers.Drive thru was clean and cleared out after the snow.

First I want to start by saying that I do not typically write bad reviews because I know peoples jobs are depending on it. But this case is different because I was in disbelief. I went through the drive through to order my family and I some lunch. The lady taking the order was so rude from the start I said 1 item and she gonna ask if that’s it, I reply with no I have a few more things. I say the next thing and she says that’s it and I again say no I have a few more things, she is going to smack her lips and yell and say come on keep it pushing and just yelling so I proceed to ask her what her problem was. She continues to yell and says she ain’t got an F-ing problem and for me to get the F… out her drive thru. I have never been treated that way, specially when I was not even treating her bad. I would never go to that BK again and suggest no one else does for their own safety.
