I gotta say this is the one of my favorite places to get ice cream. The crew members and the atmosphere is spot on. The customer service is amazing and very patient and understanding but most importantly they are very quick to serve you!

Placed an order online, gave us a time that it'll be ready around. Walked in, placed had 2 customers, was asked for our name of order by a guy & he clearly said someone was working on our order & got sat down for over 10 mins & as a big group of people came into the place, we get a notification from the store app not Uber eats or anything like that, directly thru the store app/site saying that our order was picked up, yet we were still sitting there with no order in our hands. I simply asked the guy what happened with the order & I ended up getting kicked out of the store for asking questions about my order. The staff was very rude with a store full of customers at that point. Got sent back to ILLINOIS without any ice cream & NO MONEY BACK or NO REFUNDS!!! I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!

Looks like a 5 year old made this. My mom called around 6ish and they told her customers are never right and didn’t care what she had to say.after that she kept getting harassing calls from their work number. This looks looks like trash and was not good at all.Horrible service employees should not be calling customers back with threats.Do better.

This place was horrible! The music was so loud and couldn’t hear anything over it along with employees sitting there not helping and when I asked for a waffle cone they simply didn’t want to make one at least the ice cream was good. The place also just looked dirty and not well taken care of.

Okay...this place is literally heaven on earth. The last location in southeastern Wisconsin for whatever reason (and that sucks!). They are ALWAYS BUSY. which is good, great in fact! BUT...besides being short staffed every single shift, the workers here prioritize the DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub online orders above ALL IN PERSON CUSTOMER ORDERS!..which to me is just absolutely RIDICULOUS. The last 2 times I took my sons there for their famous delicious ice cream, we waited in a line that wrapped all the way around their dining room with not one member of that 2-3 person staff even acknowledging ANY of the customers waiting in the line. I understand how those food delivery services work and how they have special contracts with the establishment they are delivering for, guaranteeing fast delivery times and such. But then they need to hire an additional staff member to just handle those orders. Or they just need to learn how to delegate their time and resources more efficiently while not forgetting how important and impactful it is to be giving good service to their in-store, present customers. We waited in that line for over 45 minutes without even moving forward an inch. I finally decided enough was enough and we left and honestly despite how much I LOVE Cold Stone Creamery's ice cream, I'm not sure if I ever want to go back there again. They need help from corporate or more seasoned, experienced and committed management otherwise this place will only keep continuing on its downward path to destruction!

Great ice cream but HORRENDOUS service. We waited 35 minutes with about 7 people in front of us. There was a time when all 3 workers weren't taking any orders and everyone in line was just standing there waiting. No apologies about the long wait either from the staff.

There is moldy ice cream at the front edge of the glass counter.My server waited minutes before greeting me and spent a great deal of time in the back room instead of helping me (not related to poor equipment). The equipment didn't work properly, so I walked out after 8 minutes with nothing!Parking: Many other businesses share this lot, so it is full most days.

Cold stone ice cream is pretty good with lots of options. The inside seems to be gradually getting dirtier and dirtier. Ordering seems to take forever. If you have around 4-5 people in line before you, it will take some time before you can order. This isn't 100% the workers' fault. Some people are too indecisive or just plain, don't understand how to order ice cream.
