I get subs here occasionally. I mostly order online, and they are usually ready to go in time. I just wish I didn’t have to wait in line to pick up. Some other shops have a shelf for pick up orders. Subs are usually pretty good.

Yet again this location gets my order wrong. I understand mistakes happen but this is just a reoccurring thing on an order as simple as a ham and provolone minus the onions and mayo. I even go when it's not busy and still I get screwed over. To me that is just laziness. And still I leave a tip every time I go! Now who does that how many people can honestly say they leave a tip at cousins. I do for the most part they're hard working people like everyone else but still my order constantly gets screwed up when I come to this location.
