First time visit, food was very fresh and came out quick. The lunch special included a cup of soup, either egg drop or hot and sour. A small crab rangoon, egg roll and little fried chicken chunk. Pork fried rice and your entree choice. I ordered the Broccoli Chicken. All in all the food had good flavor, the quality of vegetables was great. The service felt rushed, the server forgot to bring me my drink, and didn't realize it until I finished my meal. He did bring me a water as soon as I was seated so it worked out. He didn't stop at all to see if I needed anything throughout my meal which I thought was odd. Once he realized he forgot my drink he still gave me a can of soda on the house to take with me. This would have been 5 star across the board if not for the little service hiccup. Definitely recommend and will return.

We're gathering for our mom/ grandma's bd. Food was bad in taste and represents. We're Chinese but the way they cooked for us was a disappointment. We didn't want to send back food bc we were afraid it would still worse! Total bill was 160.00 and everyone left with unhappiness! It was horrible experience! A few of us also are Restaurant 's ơwners. We should have said something to Manager but we didn't. Will never go back!

Restaurant was a lot smaller than I thought. When the staff gave cups for our drinks, one was dirty and the rim was covered with leftover lettuce pieces. It was disgusting, like how the staff did not even notice it? The plates were wet and we had to clean by ourselves. My family questioned about the overall cleanliness of this place. The food was alright but not as outstanding, it lacked flavor and dimension. We won’t be going here again.

Food was average. Our waiter was nice, however, there were other staff walking around with so much attitude. And...this is the kicker!! The fortune cookies!! Imagine this, you open your fortune cookie to see a scantly clad individual, and the fortune (same in all the cookies) says "get into something more comfortable:" it is an advertisement for Jockey underwear! I was dining with an elderly friend of mine. Her face literally became flushed! It is so inappropriate! When my children were little, they loved the fortune cookies! I am so glad I di not have small children with me. Shame on you for selling out and using fortune cookies for add purposes only. And, the adds are not tasteful!

Had a friend visiting from out of town so we had a big group. This is the perfect place for that! More ppl means more foods to try! Ordered a lot of our favorites and a few select dishes people wanted to try. Everyone had happy bellies! Definitely recommend and order off the Chinese menu.

I recently dined at Fortune Restaurant and I wouldn't recommend it for those seeking authentic Chinese cuisine. My family and I have been patrons for some time, and while the food has been passable, our latest experience was horrible. The staff's attitude was notably rude, and I couldn't help but wonder if this was due to our ethnicity or a general demeanor towards customers.The restaurant is conveniently located near our home, which has been a factor in our repeated visits. However, during our last visit on a Sunday evening, the service was particularly bad. We were told our order would be ready at 5:45 PM, but after paying at the pickup window, I was instructed to wait. Despite several cars arriving and receiving their orders after me, my order was delayed until 6:45 PM without explanation.When I inquired about the delay, the response from the staff was "just wait" and unapologetic. Unfortunately, the food, when it finally arrived, was below average and not worth the wait. Based on this experience, I've decided NEVER to return to Fortune Restaurant. I also advise caution regarding the overly positive reviews, as they do not align with my recent experiences there.
