Would you like to eat a delicious sushi dinner in an unhinged circus tent? This the place for you. My husband and I were excited to check out Fujiyama for date night, as neither of us had been there previously. The restaurant is divided between a more animated side for hibachi (fun), and the dinner side for sushi. There’s also a beautiful fish tank at the front door to greet you. We were seated promptly by very friendly wait staff. The menu is pretty expansive and offers lots of tasty maki rolls and entree choices. We loved our food! Now on to the unhinged circus tent. The other diners were absolutely chaotic, loud; there was one couple about to get into a yelling match, and directly behind us was the loudest family I’ve ever encountered in public. None of the adults seemed to be bothered by kids watching a tablet at FULL VOLUME and banging on the table and crawling around the booth bench. I mean, I know this is West Allis, but come on.Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegetarian options.

Went there to celebrate a birthday, had a fabulous time and will definitely be going back! Sat at a Hibachi table and our chef Brian, put on a phenomenal show, making everyone at the table laugh! Food was delicious and the service was excellent.

We went to Fujiyamas to celebrate a professional milestone and it was an amazing experience. We had Louis as our chef and let me just say “chefs kisses” he kept everyone at our table laughing the whole time with his infectious laugh and amazing jokes! He is by far the best chef I have ever had at habachi for any location!!

I've had sushi and hibachi here so often, it's like a second home. ? Sushi looks gorgeous and tastes scrumptious. Sitting at the hibachi table is always fun, entertaining and delicious. The wait staff is courteous and friendly. I always feel at home. I'm personally a fan of the Super Crunch and Sweetheart rolls. Their drinks menu is also top notch!!

We had a really good experience at Fujiyama for the hibachi grill. They do take reservations which I would definitely recommend, especially for a weekend. I would say this dinner is such an experience and fun activity if you're celebrating! The drinks impressed us all and we were all impressed by the quality of the food. My cousin loved it so much that she ordered to go the following week and they were very timely with the take out food!

The yellowtail sashimi was great. However, this is not a place to go to if you like sushi rolls. The specialty rolls are huge, really unmanageable to eat with chopsticks. The taste was bland. The "spicy" is not spicy. One roll had crab in it and it tasted like it had gone bad. They seem to be catering to the Wisconsin palate and that's unfortunate for those of us that have higher standards for a more authentic sushi experience.Dietary restrictions: Our server had no problem getting me gluten-free soy sauce from the kitchen.

Always a wonderful experience and meal, and everyone seemed so friendly and in a great mood! The steak hibachi with fried rice was absolutely delicious. Plus, they gave my kid this cute cow balloon hat.Kid-friendliness: The staff seemed enthusiastic about making the kids comfortable, keeping them amused, and treated them like they were special, not a nuisance. I definitely recommend this place if you have kids, and I don't say that lightly since I've experienced some not so pleasant experiences bringing my kid into other restaurants.
