Always 5 star at this place. However today they went light on the meat and didn't have pickles and didn't say hey we are out of pickles . Had they told me this before hand I wouldn't have ordered.

Terrible customer service. They fire so many people that nobody is trained. Guy on toppings is a thumb sucker. Never get it right even in person. Staff swears constantly.

27th street J Mikes is sooooooo slow don't bother with the mobile order because you'll just wait in line. Oh and on more than one occasion I get home ready to eat and they gave me the wrong sub..... WTH. if you go there for lunch plan on waiting....

Ignore the negative reviews this location is da bomb, I have been here many times and have always been greeted by the friendliest people in the world and have received extremely well made super tasty subs that I will continue to come back for. I tried the #65 tonight and holy cow was it ever good, I will now have a tough time deciding between it and my usual club supreme, a great problem to have IMHO!! This location is truly a sub above please patronize this location you won't ever regret doing so. Thanks for the superb best tasting sub sandwiches in da biz that have never disappointed me?Parking: Never an issue just stop in you'll be glad you did

Well, where do I start...slow, slow, and did I mention slow. No efficiency or logic. Nice people but my god were we lacking brain cells and speed. Not even talking a Jimmy John's speed. A NORMAL SPEED WOULD HAVE BE GREAT. If you see it's busy in there, just leave! If there's 2 customers then you might be good. Not worth the wait for mediocre subs. Disappointed.

friends picked up subs and brought them to my house on Sunday 11/19 I am so allergic to onions. all subs were ordered without onions and all 3 had onions sooo disappointed bag full of food went into the trash manager swears there were no onions on the subs avoid this place
Very bad customer services. My husband had a horrible experience. We will not recommend to anyone and we will Never come back again to this location again. Came in to order sandwiches and paid for it. Waited for more than 10 minutes. The daughter of the owner kept helping customers that came after us. While here we are waiting and waiting for our sandwich to be made. When we approach her about our order she got mad telling us we don't have any patience. We wouldn't mind if she was busy helping customers before us, but no! She she was busy helping customers that came after us. They declined making our order and told us not to come back to their shop anymore! Heck yeah!!! We will never come again and will never recommend this place to anyone.Good Customer services is vital in any Business to gain more business. Respect and good communication is a must!

I just started using the mobile app and they got it wrong on the first order! Ordered 2 Chipotle Cheese Steaks, came with a hint of red pepper, didn't see any onions. To make it worse there was no Chipotle mayo added!!!! Last week I had one from the Miller Park Way store (s.43rd st) and it was loaded with peppers, onions, Chipotle mayo and it was delicious!! $10 x 2 for subs way different from what I ordered? What a ripoff, time to delete app!!
