Slowest JJ's ever been to, and *still* got the order wrong, meat all over a veggie sandwich

Placed my order at 11:38am. Simple, 2 sandwiches, chips, cookie. 90 minutes later, I call only to be told that the driver who originally took the delivery on time, got a flat tire. Over an hour of additional waiting without the manager communicating there would be a delay! Screw it! Jersey Mike is right next door.

We were planning a picnic in the park after my mom’s graveside funeral service. My three points of contact with this store, location were all excellent, incredibly polite and courteous. Service was excellent. I called two days before I stopped by after the funeral service and our order was sitting on the counter waiting for us. Angeline was so sweet and polite as were the other two gentleman we talked with. You don’t get this kind of service in Chicago. Thank you folks for a brief encounter of wonderful service.

OK the sandwiches are ok. They are a sandwich. a cold sandwich. Nothing special. That’s fine as long as I get my order the way I ordered it which I usually don’t, and also if it’s delivered freakishly fast. The last three times it has not been. I did let someone know the last 3 times that my order was freakishly slow so they should change their marketing. Also that I ordered extras, I was charged and didn’t get them. Next time instead of spending $15 on two mediocre sandwiches I’ll just make them at home or try somewhere else. Sorry guys
