Really bad. Out of everything and they don’t offer subs or refunds on online orders. This location should not be in business. The chicken is breaded dry bones and they didn’t give us half our order.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Place an order via the app which said our food would be ready by 2:55pm. When I walked in, the were bagging up an order. An employee was placing fries in the fry container, any that fell while she was packing up an order she ate them… HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!! I Waited 35 mins for my food to be ready… nothing, no one even in the service area nor the register. There were 3 potential customers that walked out since they were waiting so long and not even greeted. I asked to speak to a manager to cancel my order and get a refund, was ignored! Finally a lady walked past me and said “we don’t have any managers” so I said okay who is the district manager, she said I can’t give that information out. Another employee walked past and I asked you don’t have any managers? She then says “we all managers here” huh!? I asked can I just get anyone’s name at all? She yells to the first girl I saw before, which was also the fry eater and says “Shawday (I’m sure I misspelled it) whose name can we give him?”. She returned with a 800 number for me to call. This location has no customer service skills! They are not attentive whatsoever.

Went in this evening at approximately 6:20pm. There was no cashier, and the 3 guys I did see were looking at me as if I were transparent! After standing at the counter for about 20 minutes, I finally said "hey can I get some service!?" A young guy asked the other guy who appeared to be cooking if they were taking orders, the guy replied "I guess" so then he proceeded to sashay over to the register and asked what my order would be, I then ordered 2 8pc Tuesday specials. He looked dumbfounded, and then said it'll be an hour.... KFC used to be my favorite, but after this! I'm deleting the app off my phone! And never stepping in that place again! What subpar service! And obviously they don't honor their advertisements! Just totally disgusted! ?

Avoid like plague ,So they accept your online order and have it marked as ready for pickup. When you arrive, you find out they are terribly understaffed, and you have to wait for an unknown time for your order that they can’t cancel or refund.Remember I warned you !!

How is this place still in business? We placed an online order here months ago and arrived when it said it would be ready. Tried to go inside and the door was locked. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no answer. Called both this store and the customer service line, no answer. Finally an employee showed up for his shift and even he could get in. After 5 minutes another employee let him in. At this point we finally drove around and knocked on the drive thru window where a very annoyed woman answered. When we explained we paid for an order here she said she would check. Came back and said that the system canceled the order. Clearly she didn't want to make the food and canceled it right then and there since I fot the notification right as she was "checking". It was obnoxious how terrible people could be at customer service. I also never received a response from the KFC customer service line I left a message on. Stupidly, I tried to attempt to get food from here again today. Person in the drive thru said their drive thru was having technical issues and asked us to come to the lobby. I went inside and watched 3 employees with zero sense of urgency put together one order in 10 minutes. One eventually acknowledged my presence and said he'd be right with me but never was. After way too long, I finally gave up. I should've known better.

What'a joke waited minutes to get my food. Food was very bland got mashed potatoes but no gravet with it. I can't eat potatoes without gravy.!! Chicken was too oily. Biscuits no flavor. Nothing had flavor to it. And I got no honey with my biscuits . .. I would recommend to. Check your bag of food before leaving. I would never step foot at KFC again. It's trash. . paid 30 bucks for a 8 piece Mac and mashed potatoes... Whata joke. Overly priced trash food.and soda was Soo flat from the machine... Sick

Employees eating food in the kitchen grabing from the container with no gloves. Prices are not the same as advertised they are higher. Chicken was cold and smelled like some sort of lotion or perfume. Terrible management.Will never go to this location again.

Didn’t no get what I order, got a completely different order. Called to get a refund they told me they can no do that. Also very poor customer service not very professional at all. I will not be coming back to this kfc.

Received complete wrong order and when asked about refund was told they cant give a refund since we have food (not food we ordered but food?). Very unprofessional very unpleasant Management highly recommended NEVER going here. We will not be back
