The restaurant was clean, but only a few of he soda options from the soda machine were available. The customer service was ok, not the best, but ok. But the food was definitely trash in terms of taste and quality. First and last time going. Won’t be back. This is the worst managed fast food place I've ever been to. Every few months I give it another try after buying groceries thinking 'maybe they've figured it out by now', but almost every time I've been disappointed.Today I ordered a meal for my girlfriend and I and were told the chow mein would be a 2 or 3 minute wait and to pull into one of the drive thru parking spots. Ok. 15 minutes later we are still waiting and my girlfriend goes inside to see what the wait is she is given our food which was sitting on the counter. Then when we get home we find that the food we were given was not ours but the food for other car that was waiting (who had been there longer than we were). This is not the first time I've had almost this exact experience at this location.Never again. Will not be back.

3 out of the last 4 times ive received something in my order not correct or unsatisfactory. last time i didnt get the 3rd dish. this time i received white rice instead of fried rice and my chicken egg roll is cold after waiting around 10 mins for fried rice. this is my local PE and its a gamble every time if theyll get my order correct

The food was average PE food. We tried the new shrimp and it wasn't anything special. The breading really didn't have any flavor except a little heat. How do you make something bland and spicy at the same time?The service was bad. I showed up and they handed me my food. I got home and found they forgot a third of my food. I tried to call but no one picked up. I kept trying to call the entire twenty minute drive back and never got anyone to pick up. When I got there I told them a lot of my meal was forgotten. They looked at their heating bin and said "here it is". No apology. No, "can we offer you something for your trouble". Nothing. I had them open the package and there were still items missing. As I listed the missing items off, one by one, she added them to the bundle, not saying a word.

Most unprofessional staff including management at this location. We ordered orange chicken and teriyaki chicken with white rice. Which the lady behind the counter didn’t give me a receipt for. I get home and I noticed they gave me Beijing beef. Naturally I went back for them to correct THEIR mistake but they told me and I quote “well we don’t usually do this but have a receipt next time” Why can’t you review the cameras? Especially if we were JUST in the restaurant 5 minutes ago? How about you do your job next time? We will never come back to this location again. Everyone should be ashamed.UPDATE: Spoke with Corporate and they are emailing a free meal. Honestly, I probably won’t end up using it due to the amount of unprofessionalism from the staff and management. Other restaurants would NEVER respond the way that they did.

Wonderfully run store. I came in about 7:45 PM on my way home from work cuz I just needed to eat something. Given the later time and being the only patron dining in I figured the food would all have been sitting for a while in the steam tables, but everything was fresh and hot.Service was very friendly. I'll definitely be back to this location!
