Both pizzas that arrived were incredibly old and burnt. When I called the store about the order no one would answer the phone. Paid almost 100 dollars for old food. So I went to the store so that they could do a remake and the supervisor didn't even apologize for the mistake. Just looked at me and had an attitude when I held up the burnt pizza that was being returned to them UNTOUCHED. Then proceeded to go and tell the pizza maker that I claimed the food was old and that the food must've came from a different location even thought my receipt says it came from this location. The supervisor refused take responsibility for giving me and my family pizza that was clearly old as can be. She even told the pizza makers to make the orders on the screen snd remake mine whenever thay have time. I will never ever order from here again! Terrible food and terrible service.

I put my order in at 1040 pm. I did not get food or a update. Second time I get no update and my food doesn't show up. Horrible service. Last time I went to pick up, worker was getting loud with an old man had to tell him to cool out.

Put in my order when they were open and was never told they cancelled my order or if i was even getting my food this is ridiculous i waited a hour tried to call and being told there closed when i had place my order 40 mins before they closed and watch the screen of the progress of my pizza move to being made but never delivered. I don't know what's going on with these pizza places but they don't deserve any money let alone anyone business. Im constantly reminded that i should just order thru door dash and Uber eats then ordering pizza from pizza Hut and Domino's

Just ordered 2 pizzas and some traditional wings I got home and checked my wings but they were boneless medium wings not what I ordered (I ordered burning hot traditional wings)so I tried calling the store numerous times and they always kept hanging up on me so I guess I’ll try again in the morning but for now that’s why I’m on here complaining. I always come to this location . What can be done about this?

Be sure to order 2 hours in advance!!placed a delivery order at 5:30, estimated delivery was 6:00, but figured it’s a saturday night, just got a notification my order is being picked up by a doordasher at 7:00, food didn’t arrive till 7:30 and was cold.

Store was extremely dirty, seen workers topping pizzas with their bare hands, the same worker came right to me, touched my cash (still has not washed their hands) and after went right back to topping the pizzas. When I finally got my pizza it was wrong and BURNT. Extremely unsatisfying

I ordered delivery twice within the last week and the food was just not good. It was cold and tasted like it was sitting there for a while. Last night I ordered delivery and it took around an hour for it to come, the food was cold and I had to microwave it. I know.....what is the point in ordering out for a hot dinner when you got to heat it up yourself. I'm very disappointed in this restaurant, they don't care about their customers satisfaction, only about the dollars the customers put in there which is horrible. Guess Dominos will be stealing my business from you and I will be telling my friends, family, and acquaintances not to choose Pizza Hut anymore, they have really gone down hill!!!

Made the mistake of ordering Pizza Hut to begin with. We placed an online order at 5:37 with a set delivery time of 6:45. We got notified at 6:40 that our food was ready to be delivered. I received another notification at 6:48 that DoorDash would now be delivering the order around 7:30. Called the restaurant directly for no answer or getting hung up on. Our food arrived, 45 minutes after requested time and 50 minutes after it was ready. The food was cold, undercooked, poorly made and poorly cut. The food sat so long the grease soaked through the box and the cheese was congealed. I will never order from this restaurant again. I filed a complaint with corporate.I only posted 1 star because I had to. This deserves zero stars.

Ordered close to 6pm on the pizza hut app and to my surprise Door Dash came was assigned to my order which I did not consent to. Dasher arrived at the restaurant quarter to 7pm and waited and waited. So I ended up driving there in person after I tried calling the place and my dasher which know one answered. I waited in the lobby for like 15 minutes and was not acknowledged. So I left and waited for my dasher. The pizza was cold, poorly cut and looked it was cooked all the way. Never again will I eat at that pizza hut.

I never ever have problems with pizza hut until now. How can you sell me not one but two pizzas with part of the crust missing? You had to know it too because the crusts had to be stuck on something before it was put in the boxes. I am just shaking my head. Two pizzas were just fine and two pizzas were just ridiculous.

Never ordering from this location again. I ordered delivery for a cheese pizza and a New Yorker. Got 2 cheese pizzas and no New Yorker. I tried calling the store several times to ask about the delivery mix up and they hung up on me several times. Very frustrating.

I looked up on their site which place delivers to me. I called this place and a very rude lady answers and I tell her my address. She says they dont deliver to me. I looked up another one and they gave me the number of this location, saying this one DOES deliver to me. So I called here again and I ask to speak to the manager. The rude lady doesnt even say hold on, just leaves me hanging for a few minutes. Finally she tells me hes busy and to call back in 10 minutes. After what Ive been through, this place doesnt deserve my business.
