Service here was horrible but let me go into detail for you all. When I first walked in they looked at me and my family an interracial family and was talking about us. I may be black but I understand Spanish completely. Even with that aside every qdoba I go to if I say full portion the spoon is full not over filling but full with them that gave me and my family half scoops and charged us full portion. On top of that when the second women close to the register asked what meat was on it I told her steak and chicken. She rolled her eyes at me like I was lying just for her coworker to tell her it's steak and chicken. But when a Mexican customer asked for full portion they put 2 scoops of meat in theirs and made sure it was packed. So short story short if you aren't of their ethnicity don't go here you won't get good service at all.

This location gives the skimpiest portions, when you ask for more of something staff is upset, never greeted upon entering, staff always has attitudes, rolling eyes & smacking lips. I think staff believes that the portion sizes comes out of their checks. This location is closest to my house & I have given them chance after chance to get it right but it’s still the same thing every time I visit. They have officially lost my business.

To whom it may concern: Yesterday I went to the restaurant with my daughter specifically to this restaurant at approximately 12:40pm and I assure you that I will not return…. The girl who is making the main order, who is the person who receives you, who asks you what you want, is arrogant…. She is supposed to know how to work for customer service because it is her job…. I have worked with customer service and I have never spoken to anyone in that way and not with the attitude that she had... She is asking me what I want. I asked her for a moment because I am looking at the menu, the meats I want, there was no one behind her. Therefore, I could do it without rushing because I am the one who is going to consume it…. It's also not a Macdonals where I can buy a cheese burger for $3 dollars, I'm buying a complete meal for the price of $30 dollars for my daughter and I... because she gets in a bad mood if I want to ask what meats are available... she threw the rice at me reluctantly on the plate and the rest... I ordered shrimp because he didn't tell me what the meats were and I just don't eat food... I would like them to see on the cameras with the arrogance that she treats people…. How is it possible that you serve the consumer in that way and throw the food that she is going to eat that she is paying for, that she does not know the sacrifice that one has made to have $30 dollars and be able to eat and she serves me that way... it made me very angry. And you know why I didn't leave the food there on the counter…. Because the second girl who served me realized the attitude of the one who served me and treated me very softly and with a sad face and it was because of her that I decided to pay for the food and sit down... if you are going to see the cameras, pay with money It was a $20 bill and two $5 bills and the change was a few cents so I left them in the little tip jar they have. If she doesn't like working in customer service, then look for another job. That's the most jobs there are in Milwaukee, but don't serve people with that arrogance because you never know the sadness that a human being carries in their heart after a loss. of a family member and instead of giving a smile to the people who enter there because a smile changes anyone's day, what she does is look at them badly and be arrogant and put the consumer in a bad mood or sadder than usual. What is this... like it happened to me... I should be in the back cooking and cleaning...

My parents and I went to this location and I was appalled at the attitude one of the workers gave my mom. My mother is deaf in her left ear, making it hard for her to understand what people are saying in loud areas. The worker asked what my mother wanted and when my mom didn't hear her and asked her to repeat herself, the worker rolled her eyes and gave her coworker an annoyed face. My mother started to tell her off but I deescalated the situation so we could just get our food. As we were leaving I told this worker that my mom is hard of hearing and that I didn't appreciate her attitude towards my mother. She then laughed in my face as I was leaving. I am disappointed that even though I tried to be nice about it at first she still didn't take me or my mother seriously.

Food was prepared very sloopy, cashier attitude was horrible (I feel like I was racially profiled), & my chicken was cold & old! Employees in the back kitchen eating over prepared food. The store opened @ 10:30am. I was there around 10:40. There is no reason why my chicken was cold ?

Never gone to this location before but I got the best bowl I've ever got from Qdoba. Everything was fresh & it was filled. I usually feel like I don't get my money's worth but this location SNAPPED. Thank you for a Great experience!

I am sad to write this because I usually have great food and service at this location. I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas and while watching them being prepared, I noticed the "cook" being VERY skimpy with the ingredients. Unfortunately, when I got home I was correct. I did not go to Qdoba and pay Qdoba Prices to receive taco bell quality food. I have gotten more meat and cheese from taco bell quesadillas than I did from the ones I got today at this Qdoba.Having a piece of quesadilla that is literally half empty (no meat or cheese, just empty tortilla) is ridiculous. Was he skimping on ingredients because he was taking home the leftovers at the end of the night? Whatever the reason, if I go to this location again and he is preparing food, I am leaving. Maybe he should go work at taco bell if he is not up to Qdoba standards. Very disappointed with this visit, I feel like I got ripped off. It may take me a while to go back to this location, which I actually go to regularly.

Server spoke little English so often didn't understand me. Tacos not supported so all over the bowl. Refrigerator with soda didn't work so soda was warm and they didn't tell me ahead of time. Girl who checked me out was on the phone for 10 minutes while I waited, andthenwasnotverypleasant. Poorly staffed and not that clean.

I would go out of my way to never come to this location again. The cashier never smiles, actually yelled at me because I asked a question and was never acknowledged, so I asked again and she very rudely said “I heard you the first time”. Time and time again I have experienced this.

Wow. Not often I think to myself "that was the worst service I ever had"... But I just left this West Allis location and literally said it out loud. We stopped by for two easy burritos and chips and 12:10p on 12/31 and we're greeted by the three most unenthusiastic, unaccommodating women I have met in a long time. I asked about the new hot and sweet chicken, zero help. No one smiled. They all three looked as If I was an inconvenience. Suggestion to employees: If you want to keep your job for $17/hr as advertised then I'd suggest trying a little harder to be customer Service oriented or find some place where you don't need to talk to people.Food was fine, consistent with quality I expect from Qdoba.So disappointed in service that I won't ever return to this location.

I placed an order by mistake, I called to change the order less than 5 minutes after I placed the order and they didn't want to cancel it. I just wanted to change the order for another one before I could talk to someone. The first time I called, they hung up on me and then they did it for 3 minutes. 4 times then I called from another cell phone and they picked it up

I really like Qdoba's food and I have given the West Allis location many of opportunities, however I will no longer go to this location even though it's the closest one to me. The customer service is horrible EVERYTIME. They never greet their customers and make you feel like you're a bother.

I did an order for pickup. My bowl I ordered was missing some toppings and had little chicken in it. I called and the manager asked me to bring the bowl back and they would make me a new one. When I got there I was not greeted very kindly. I got attitude and eye rolls. They wanted to know what was missing so I told them and then accused me of eating the bowl and brining it back. I told them I had 2 bites of it and was so disappointed and decided I should get what I paid for. The lady then proceeded to chuck my bowl in the garbage. And say in front of me it has chicken in it. The pieces of chicken in it were so small . If you have a problem with a customer u shouldn't act that way in front of them. I apologized and thanked them and I then got rudness. The one girl who remade my order was nice but then after getting back home i realized it doesn't have the sour cream or guacamole either. I left here upset. I usually don't complain about things that are made wrong since I know mistakes can happen. But the customer service I recieved was terrible. I won't be going back to this location anymore.
