Im from TN and came up here to visit family, i wanted to try something local and authentic this time coming up here and ive already had Rocky’s plenty of time someone told me about this place and after having it, nothing really blew me away about the quality of the pizza nothing really that drives me back to get it again next time i come to town, it tasted cheap but not “Little Caesar’s” cheap but then again not “Jets” expensive, basically what im saying was it was Meh

We've ordered from toppers twice now and both times pizza was great! We appreciate the vegan options they have, but they have great menu options in total. First time we ordered we did delivery and they were fast and friendly. Second time we did takeout because it was faster.

I’m going to open this review by saying that I’m hangry because of this toppers location. For the fourth time in a row I’ve ordered delivery from this location, only for the wait time to be changed from an hour to 2 to 2 and a half hours. Last time at least someone from the store called to inform me, this time when I called to find out about it, I was transferred twice, and the last person I talk to wasn’t the most polite. No apology at all for the inconvenience and ended up pretty much hanging up on me. Will never order from this location again!

They told me they were gonna cancel the order literally an hour later toppers called me saying they’re outside with my order when I was clearly told they were gonna cancel it. Then today at 8/23 we tried to put an order in for toppers to be told once again they had no delivery drivers. Like what is going

First and last time ordering toppers, Ordered two larger thin crust pizzas and it was like eating cardboard with a little sauce, cheese and toppings on it. I get better pizza from the grocery store. Edit: Gave toppers another try and this time it tasted way better. Switched from 1 star to a 4.
Very sad that I had an bad experience! Normally one of our favorite pizza places. Placed an order online for delivery. Was confirmed and later went back to check tracking and nothing came up.Waited 1.5 hours for pizza. Nothing. Called the store and was told that no order had been placed by that phone number. Yet I had the email proving that an order had been placed and the charges on my debit card. Went into the store to show them the email. They claimed that they didn't have the order. Had to reorder my food and pay again. Very upset.

Pizza was cold because the delivery driver left it on the porch and never called or messaged to tell us it was delivered. The actual pizza was sub par at best. We ordered a two liter soda and they brought us a single 20oz. All in all just bad.

The only good thing about our experience on Friday is that the delivery driver was very nice. We ordered pizza at 6:24pm. The pizza got to our house at 8:25pm after saying it should be a 45 min wait. When we called, the operator checked and said " Yeah it should be on it's way shortly." this was already after an hour and a half. Really bad customer service and even worse wait times.

I ordered for delivery online. Moments after placing the order I received a call from the store explaining they had no driver for the day but I could pick my order up for a discounted price. I agreed, picked up food right when she said it would be ready, was all correct and tasted delicious. She handled everything very well and I hope people don't give her hell today.
