The waiters were amazing and very helpful and nice. I loved the food, I enjoyed the General Tso Chicken a lot, noodles, fried rice, and dumplings, it tasted amazing! It's very clean and kept well by the servers. I really enjoy this place!

I absolutely love Chinese food and go out of my way to visit a china buffet in whatever town I’m in. Chen’s is far and away the best food and best selection of food items. The staff is very friendly and attentive. West Bend is lucky to have this gem!

When my mother and I went there and I asked a young lady if I could get a refill, she mumbled something and kept going. She refused to give our table any refills, did not pick up our empty plates until we left. We use to be regulars there but not anymore!
