First time customer at Cousins Subs. I ordered online, received my order through Door Dash. I ordered from the store closest to my house.My supervisor ordered Cousins Subs for lunch, I had a roast beef sub. I really liked and wanted some more.So I found out that I could get Cousins Subs delivered to my house. Ordering online was easy. Received my order on time.Accidentally scared the delivery person, I thought she left already.I ordered the 7 inch roast beef sub, cheese, pickles, mustard, mayo, onion, spring mix greens, and bacon. Very yummy roast beef. Everything was very fresh and yummy.

Very clean restaurant and courteous staff. I had the ham and cheese sub and the flavors were great together. The only thing I wasn't pleased about with the sandwich was how thin the meat and cheese were cut. Too much bread for the toppings. The cheese fries looked much better on the display than on the plate and were pretty standard as far as cheese fries go. Could have gone without them.

i was here 12/21/23 and we were waiting for our food. foods delicious of course. but while we were waiting. we saw a worker wearing her jacket and eating cheese curds out of the tray with her bare hands. multiple times even after touching her hair, lips, etc. made me feel a little un easy eating and contemplate them.

We've normally gone to the Main St Cousins, and after eating at the Washington St store, I can tell you we will avoid Washington St like the plague from now on. The Washington St Manager is abusive towards his workers. They mostly just keep their heads down and make sandwiches while he stays at the head of the counter and gives attitude to the customers. While waiting for our meal, he was rude to a customer who believed they were overcharged. He said, "Well look, you shouldn't have signed for it then. You already paid me, I don't care if you take the food or not". I can't be sure that it was entirely this rude and condescending guy that was ringing up the customers that made the atmosphere so uncomfortable, but our party wasn't the only one that noticed it. Its a shame because we really like Cousin's actual subs. Hope the owner can improve the customer service here...

When I want a sub I go to Jimmy Johns since and only order the same thing I've been getting for years. When I want a fancy exciting sub I go to cousins. Had their Sriracha whatever sub and it was awesome. I love the bread and the tiny onions.
Sandwich was very good as usual. I was the only one that ate in mid afternoon. Wouldn't hurt for employees to wipe the tables. I sat at the one that was the least dirty.
