3/21/24 @ 8:00pmI came to pickup my order, and I waited 3-5 minutes before anyone had noticed I was even there. 3 people were working, all of which looked like teenagers, and they all had AirPods in listening to music. When I went to my car, I checked my order just to make sure everything was accounted for and looked good. I was missing the 6 dipping sauces, which was paid for. Haven't ordered from Domino's in years, but just had to try the new $19.99 special. It was AWESOME! The pizzas were cooked EXACTLY the way we like them, cheese just a little brown, and the parm bites were to die for. We chose to pick up our order (West Bend) and the employees were very polite and friendly. We will be making this a monthly (or bi-weekly) occasion.

Nothing wrong with the food itself, it’s more the delivery driver Valerie. Who bullies someone into tipping more? Got really angry with my tip and expected me to give her more which I stated I already applied tip money and she went on a rant how people like me take advantage of delivery drivers (I’m a delivery driver myself) and how I’m a POS and slammed my food on my hands and stoned off slamming the complex doors. Most recently I had my partner order and she was the delivery driver, again started to berate my partner about tipping and how it’s her fault her kids can’t eat tonight. This is so unprofessional and wrong to bully someone for tip money. Will not be ordering delivery from this dominos in west bend as long as she’s employed

It's been a few years since I've had Domino's Pizza. My main reason for the visit to my local West Bend Domino's was the National Promotional offer of $6.99 for a LG two topping pizza. My choice was Italian sausage and onion. Plus I added a side order of 8pc cheesey bread. Both of these choices were very delicious and nice warm temperatures they kept as I picked up my order. The remodel they did to that building since the last time I was there was very open. Nice to see the pizzas being made along with the aroma. The next time I get a pizza craving I'll keep my local Domino's franchise in mind. Please check them out if you haven't in a while.

Doesn't even deserve a star. The male manager (I think their name is Tyler) is extremely unprofessional and refuses to hear customer complaints. They screwed up our order, refused to remake it, remade it after some back and forth, and screwed it up again. When we called back the manager Tyler refused to talk to us until his co-manager convinced him. He talked to us, we explained what happened and requested a full refund for the food tonight. He said no and started to argue with us about how we were wrong. We then stated we had taken photos and recorded the call. He said he would call the cops as it is illegal. We read him the state of WI statute saying it is legal and he proceeded to hang up on us. He told his employees to refuse to answer our calls moving forward. This was found out by my wife who called and talked with the comanager on a different phone. She advised she refunded us after the call. Given the extreme unprofessionalism and extremely poor quality control of food output I CANNOT recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Ordered delivery and after 45 minutes past when they said they were going to be there I started cooking something to eat! Then they showed up with cold food and expected me to pay for it!!!

Rude employees before we came to Domino's we ordered online at home and fine out the computer or whatever they use apparently ain't working so we been sitting here basically waiting 2 hours and they ain't using gloves to mess with the pizza or anything calling headquarters tomorrow honestly if I could give a zero Star I would this place don't deserve my 1 star rating

Loved the pizza, and the staff were very nice and patient. We ordered our food online, and it was done by the time. My youth group and I are very thankful for all the people who work their. We love your you guys, but more importantly, you are loved by the Lord.

Needed a quick dinner after a day of driving. Picked up 2 medium pizzas and the pizzas were ready and surprisingly delicious.
